boAt Airdopes 800 TWS Earbuds Price Comparison & History in India
Wait for a Better Airdopes 800 Price
At ₹1,899 on Flipkart, this is currently a costly time to buy. The Airdopes 800 has climbed well above its usual level. Across 73 days tracked, its average price was ₹1,685. That puts today’s offer 12.7% above average. It also sits well above the lowest recorded price, found on Amazon. Prices rose after that early low and haven’t returned there yet. Flipkart is the only recent seller in this history, but it hasn’t offered the best rate. That platform gap is easy to miss when checking only one shopping app. A casual shopper may see a discount label and assume the price is reasonable. Historically, this model has dropped after reaching recent highs. Waiting could bring back the earlier Amazon rate, especially during a sale. The Airdopes 800 Interstellar White remains tempting, but today’s listing lacks value. Battery and sound preferences matter, yet price history gives a clear answer here. Unless you need earbuds immediately, don’t pay extra for convenience. Keep watching both Amazon and Flipkart before buying the Airdopes 800.

boAt Airdopes 800 TWS Earbuds Features & Overview
Usage
In daily use the Airdopes 800 deliver immersive Dolby Audio with boAt Surround Sound. The touch surface provides a precise but forgiving click when you tap to play or skip. boAt Airdopes 800 TWS Earbuds deliver top tier sound quality with EQ on the go. The case closes with a confident snap and the buds nest in a light magnetic hold. Long sessions remain engaging thanks to 40 hours of total playtime, and you can feel the warmth of the case after extended listening. For gaming or fast action, the Beast Mode keeps latency around 50ms, so your moves stay in sync. Pairing across devices is smooth via multipoint and Google Fast Pair.
Capacity
The standout is endurance: you can rely on 40 hours of use before recharging. When you need a quick top-up, ASAP Charge promises about 100 minutes of playback from just 5 minutes of charging.
Controls
The earbuds use a tactile touch interface, with a deliberate In-Ear Detection that resumes playback when you reinsert them. Four mics with AI ENx help keep calls clear in busy places, even when the world is loud around you.
Durability
Lightweight plastic enclosure and IPX5 water resistance mean they shrug off sweat and light splashes while you train or commute.
Safety
Automatic pause when an earbud is removed protects what you’re listening to, and the lid action of the case is reliable enough for daily use.
Installation/Warranty
Setup is simple: connect via Bluetooth 5.3, keep the buds within about 10 Metres, and you’re ready. The 1 Year warranty from the date of purchase covers manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind as you decide on future upgrades.

boAt Airdopes 800 TWS Earbuds FAQs
The 10mm Titanium drivers give music a strong bass hit, especially for Bollywood tracks and hip-hop. Vocals stay clear at normal listening levels. The sound is tuned for people who like energy more than a flat studio presentation.
Yes, Dolby Audio gives movies a wider and more cinematic sound. Dialogue gets better separation, while background music and effects feel fuller. Salaar and other action-heavy films benefit the most from it.
Calls are clear in quiet rooms and less crowded places. The four microphones handle normal voice calls well, but traffic and nearby conversations can still come through. Indoor calls are the safer bet here.
The case and earbuds together are rated for up to 40 hours. That is enough for several days of casual listening without carrying a charger everywhere. The five-minute top-up also gives around 100 minutes of playback.
It can give roughly 100 minutes after only five minutes in the case. That is enough for a commute, a workout, or a few episodes when the battery is low. The case charges through USB Type-C.
There is a genuine complaint about the earbuds and case losing charge while sitting unused. That is not how the 40-hour battery should behave. Check that both buds sit properly in the case and show charging before closing it.
The rounded in-ear tips feel comfortable for normal listening and stay secure during light workouts. The fit is not completely dependable for everyone, since one long-term complaint had the buds falling out repeatedly. A correctly fitted tip makes a big difference here.
A left earbud has been reported to stop playing unless it sits at a particular angle. It has also needed both buds to be placed back in the case before reconnecting. That is a serious fault when the right earbud keeps working normally.
The IPX5 rating handles sweat and light water splashes during regular workouts. It is useful for gym sessions and short walks in light rain. Do not treat the earbuds like waterproof swimming gear.
OnePlus Nord Buds are a close everyday alternative, but Airdopes 800 brings Dolby Audio and a stronger movie focus. These also give you 40 hours of total playback and multipoint connectivity. Pick the boAt pair if bass and film sound matter more than brand ecosystem.
Realme Buds Air 5 are the more call-focused choice on paper. Airdopes 800 counters with four microphones, Dolby Audio, and punchy sound for music. For mixed use, these make more sense when calls are not the main priority.
Airdopes 800 is the better fit for movie watching because Dolby Audio adds more width and depth. The 10mm drivers also give action scenes a heavier low-end punch. Oppo Enco Air 3 makes more sense if you prefer a lighter sound.
Yes, multipoint lets the earbuds stay connected to two devices. You can keep them linked to a phone and laptop without pairing from scratch each time. Switching is useful when moving between calls, videos, and music.
Beast Mode keeps the delay low enough for casual mobile games and quick matches. Footsteps and basic sound cues feel more in sync than in normal mode. It suits gaming sessions, but the big strength here is still music and movies.
Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, and auto-pairing make the first setup quick. The listed range is up to 10 metres in open space. Pairing works smoothly with phones, tablets, and PCs when switching is not too frequent.

Theatre level audio with exceptional sound quality
We bought it for 1300 in prime day sale and 0 regret for it... The bass is awesome.. call quality is excellent... We tested dolby audio feature with Salaar and it was just peak... Worth at this price.. The durability is good but the case need a cover to maintain a long time.. charging life is exceptionally good and that is the reason it made me write a review.. choose black or green because white was a bit generic to see..

Excellent Airdopes with Dolby
I’ve been using the Boat Airdopes 800 for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. The product delivers way more than expected for the price. ANC (Active Noise Cancellation): Works really well and blocks out most background noise, making it perfect for commuting or working. Dolby Support: This is the highlight! Just enable Dolby on your phone and you’ll immediately notice the difference -especially while watching movies. The audio feels richer, more immersive, and you can literally feel the depth. Bass Quality: Excellent bass output. Plus, you can adjust and fine-tune the sound through the Boat app, which is super convenient. For Movies & Music Lovers: If you enjoy binge-watching or listening to music daily, these earbuds are a fantastic choice. They deliver a proper cinematic and concert-like experience. Overall, an amazing product with great sound, impressive ANC, and superb Dolby performance. Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY
Worst headphones ever. Writing this review after usage of 6 months. First off very cheap silicon used. Kept falling off, I lost all within 1 month. Then I added my own from old earphones, they stayed in place. Secondly from the beginning left ear bud had issues, it only played when it was kept in a certain position while using, and it was very uncomfortable, as it feels it can fall off anytime. Or else it would stop, if I try to adjust it little bit, it would stop working. Then in order to get it started again I have to remove both ear buds, put in a case, close the case and reopen in 2-3 secs, and wear again and connect again. Battery is very poor. Even after full charge without using if I try to use next day, ear buds would have very low battery and case would be 0% again. Average noise cancellation. It's been only 6 months and left ear bud has stopped working multiple times, it doesn't charge properly too. For some reason never faced any issue with right ear bud. Sound quality is beautiful specially with app I can control it better. Only if battery was good and left ear bud had not any issues, these would have value for money. But based on my experience, I would not recommend these to anyone.

Battery Life
It was good initially, but after approximately 18 months of use, the battery capacity has significantly decreased. It now only operates for about 1 to 2 hours.
