iQOO 15T Tipped With Dimensity 9500 and 200MP Camera for May China Launch

iQOO 15T and iQOO Pad 6 Pro leak ahead of May China launch

New leaked specifications have put the iQOO 15T and iQOO Pad 6 Pro in focus ahead of a reported May launch in China. Neither device has been officially confirmed, but the details shared by Digital Chat Station point to a flagship phone and a high-end tablet built around large batteries, premium displays and top-tier processors.

The iQOO 15T is tipped to come with a 6.82-inch flat 2K display, MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and a 200MP primary camera. The iQOO Pad 6 Pro is said to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a 13.2-inch 4K LCD panel, up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

iQOO 15T leans on battery, display and camera hardware

The iQOO 15T could be the brand’s next flagship smartphone if the latest leak is accurate. It is said to arrive with a large 6.82-inch flat display carrying 2K resolution. Under the hood, the phone is tipped to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, placing it in the premium segment.

Camera details are also part of the leak. The phone could include a 200MP primary sensor, which would give it a high-resolution main camera setup. Another rumoured detail is an 8,000mAh battery, though that has not been confirmed. The leak also points to IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Nothing has been officially announced by iQOO yet, and the device remains a rumoured model at this stage.

iQOO Pad 6 Pro details suggest a flagship Android tablet

Alongside the phone, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro is also reportedly on the way and is expected to launch in the same May China window. The tablet appears to be aimed at high-end Android buyers, based on the leaked specifications.

It is said to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The display is tipped to be a 13.2-inch LCD panel with 4K resolution. Battery capacity is listed at 13,000mAh with 90W fast charging support.

The tablet may also feature an 8-speaker setup. Colour options tipped in the leak include Isle of Man, Grey Crystal and Silver Wing. As with the phone, the Pad 6 Pro has not been officially confirmed by iQOO.

The latest leak suggests iQOO is preparing two premium devices rather than a single launch. For now, both products remain in the tipped category, and the company has not shared launch details or final specifications.
