iQOO Neo11 Ultra chipset details confirmed ahead of launch

iQOO has confirmed new chipset details for the Neo11 Ultra and Z11s ahead of their launch in China. The Neo11 Ultra will use a custom Dimensity 9500M built on 3nm, while the phone is also tied to a 9,100mAh battery and iQOO’s Monster Super Core Engine.

Neo11 Ultra adds a 2K eye comfort display and OriginOS 6

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra chipset is shaping up as more than just a chipset story. The company says the phone uses a 2K eye comfort display with F2 luminescent material, and it claims under 5% harmful blue light. That is paired with Circular Polarized Light 2.0, which is meant to make viewing feel softer over longer sessions.

For software, iQOO confirms OriginOS 6 on the device. The phone also gets IP68 and IP69 ratings, which place it in a stronger position among high-end Android phones that are expected to handle more than just daily use. These details matter because they show iQOO is pushing the Neo11 Ultra as a balanced premium model, not only a performance-focused one.

The chipset itself is the main headline. iQOO says the Dimensity 9500M is a custom MediaTek part tuned for the Neo11 Ultra, and it is described as a 3nm, all-big-core design. The company also says the Monster Super Core Engine is built in at the chip level. In practical terms, that suggests the phone is being positioned for stronger sustained performance, especially in the premium Android segment where heat, speed, and efficiency all matter.

9,100mAh battery phone target puts Neo11 Ultra in endurance focus

Battery life is another major part of the story. iQOO says the Neo11 Ultra will carry a 9,100mAh battery, which is a very large figure by mainstream phone standards. That kind of capacity usually points to a device that is meant for heavy use, long screen time, and fewer charging breaks during the day.

The battery number also helps explain the phone’s broader direction. Along with the custom chipset and display features, the Neo11 Ultra looks aimed at users who want flagship-level performance without giving up endurance. Gaming buyers in particular tend to care about this mix, since performance can be limited if a phone runs hot or drains quickly.

iQOO’s related Z11s goes even further on battery size, with a reported 10,000mAh unit and Dimensity 7500. That comparison makes the Neo11 Ultra feel like the more balanced premium option in the pair, while the Z11s appears to push endurance even harder. The two phones seem to be targeting different parts of the same audience, with one leaning toward top-end performance and the other toward maximum capacity.

For now, the most important takeaway is simple. iQOO is preparing a launch that puts chipset design, battery size, and display comfort at the center of the Neo11 Ultra story. The August 18 China launch is expected to fill in the remaining details, but the current information already shows a clear focus on premium performance and long-lasting use.
