Redmi A7 Pro Certification Listings Signal Imminent Launch

The Redmi A7 Pro has surfaced on multiple certification platforms indicating an imminent launch. A handset bearing model number 25128RN17Y has been certified by the UAE's TDRA while variants 25128RN17A appeared in Thailand's NBTC and Indonesia's SDPPI databases with FCC listings also in place.

Although the TDRA listing does not disclose key specifications the NBTC database reportedly confirms 4G LTE connectivity. FCC documents indicate the device will be powered by a Unisoc T7250 chipset, 4GB of LPDDR5x RAM with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage and will run Android 15 out of the box.

Following the release of the Redmi A5 in a few international markets in April 2025 and its subsequent rebranding as the Poco C71 in some areas, the development is part of Xiaomi's larger strategy in the entry-level market. The Redmi A7 Pro is expected to reach India, and a Poco branded variant may surface later.
