Sony WH-1000XM6 Sand Pink Variant Arrives in India at Rs 39,990
Sony India has introduced a Sand Pink color variant of its WH-1000XM6 wireless noise-cancelling headphones, launching on Friday with a price tag of Rs 39,990. The Sand Pink variant joins the existing color options in the Indian market and is the fourth color choice in the lineup.
The headset remains part of Sony's premium over-ear range and carries the same hardware and feature set as prior colors, with Sony stating the Sand Pink finish offers a fresh aesthetic without altering performance. The company notes the new color is a cosmetic addition that complements the lineup while keeping the core capabilities intact. The price remains the same as when the headphones were first introduced in September 2025 in Black, Platinum Silver, and Midnight Blue shades.
Sony notes the headphones retain the vegan leather headband, stretchable earpads, touch and button controls, and a foldable build with a magnetic case. The packaging uses paper-based materials, aligning with Sony’s packaging approach for this product line. Tuning has been refined with input from Sterling Sound, Battery Studios, and Coast Mastering. Settings such as 360 Reality Audio Upmix are managed via the Sony | Sound Connect app.
