Vivo T5 Pro Launches in India with a 9,020mAh battery, Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, and a starting price of Rs 29,999. The phone goes on sale on April 21 and comes with up to Rs 3,000 instant discount offers on select payment methods, along with an exchange bonus of up to Rs 3,000.
The new model puts battery life at the centre of its hardware list, while also offering a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, 50MP Sony IMX882 rear camera, and 32MP front camera with 4K video support.
Battery, charging and performance details
The battery is the main talking point for the Vivo T5 Pro. Vivo says the phone uses 4th Gen Silicon-Carbon Anode technology to fit the 9,020mAh cell into a body that is 8.25mm thin and weighs 213 grams. The company also claims 90W FlashCharge support, with charging from 1 to 50 percent in about 37 minutes. A Bypass Charging feature is included as well.
On the performance side, the Vivo T5 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. It also carries a 7000m2 large vapour chamber cooling system. Vivo claims the phone can run BGMI at a stable 90FPS and Clash of Clans at 144Hz.

Display, cameras and software on Vivo T5 Pro
The Vivo T5 Pro has a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 5,000 nits. It is a flat panel, and Vivo has added 2160Hz PWM dimming and an Anti-Motion Sickness mode for low-light use.
For photography, the phone uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 rear camera with OIS and EIS. Vivo says it supports 4K video at 30FPS and up to 10x lossless zoom. The front camera is 32MP and also supports 4K video. The phone does not include a telephoto lens, which the predecessor had.

The device ships with Origin OS based on Android 16 out of the box. Vivo says it will get up to 3 OS upgrades and 5 years of OS security patches. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, Shield Glass on the front, and a platinum-plated charging port.
Pricing starts at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs 39,999. As part of the launch offer, buyers can get up to Rs 3,000 instant discount on purchases made via HDFC Bank, SBI Card, Axis Bank, or UPI. There is also an exchange bonus of up to Rs 3,000 for users trading in an old device.
The Vivo T5 Pro goes on sale on April 21. The launch positions it as a battery-first phone with a large cell, fast charging, and a slim build, while keeping the camera setup and performance within the segment range.
