This is the worst buying experience i have so far during my last 20 years of use. How can someone send the same product faulty twice in one month's duration. First delivered piece was not even getting started when plugged in, so had to return. Keeping faith on Amazon we ordered the same piece second time assuming it was one off the cases but to my bad luck the second piece could not even stand on floor due to missing leg 😔 It was really painful to connect through right person on their customer care number. Threee layers of call handover happens and everyone asks same details. Quite frustrating. Finally i returned the second piece and bought different one from nearby Croma. Service and sales experience was amazing!! All retailers give much better deals and service than Amazon so one just has to go out and venture 😊😊
