I had a very bad experience with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra I received. The phone arrived with a scratch on the camera-side body, which is extremely disappointing for a premium flagship phone at this price.When spending so much money on a brand-new device, I expect it to arrive in perfect, pristine condition. Receiving a scratched phone right out of the box is simply unacceptable. Very disappointed with the quality check and overall experience. I expected much better from Samsung.

Beast of a device but few points can be improved
Amazing phone, amazing camera, amazing battery backup. I brought the 256 gb variant of s24 ultra. Bluetooth enabled S pen works like a charm (no pun against the s25 ultras). Galaxy AI features are incredible, but not sure for how long these will be free. Great brightness even under the sun. 2600 nits really works Iike a charm. Charging is slow because I am using a 20 watt adaptor. Use a 45 watt adaptor for faster charging speeds. Corners are edgy so one may get a poking feel after using for long hours. Transferring photos between phone and windows PC is irritatingly slow. All other files transfer is fast though.
