GIGABYTE Launches G25F2A as First Made in India 240Hz Gaming Monitor
GIGABYTE G25F2A Launches in India
GIGABYTE launches first India made gaming monitor. The monitor features a 24.5-inch Full HD IPS panel with a 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms GTG response time, and it is set to go on sale across leading online platforms and retail partners in India starting April 2026.
The company has not announced pricing yet. The G25F2A is listed on retail platforms like Amazon but currently remains out of stock.
Display and Core Features
The G25F2A is aimed at competitive and everyday gamers looking for a high-refresh-rate display. GIGABYTE says the locally manufactured monitor is part of its push to bring performance-oriented hardware to Indian buyers without the delays that come with imported products.
The monitor uses a 24.5-inch Full HD (1920x1080p) IPS panel. It runs at 240Hz and has a 1ms GTG response time. The company says that setup is meant to deliver smoother visuals in fast-paced games and reduce ghosting and motion blur. The panel also supports HDR10 and AMD FreeSync Premium.

- 1ms GTG response time
- HDR10 support
- AMD FreeSync Premium support
- 120 percent sRGB colour gamut
The company also says the monitor carries a 120 percent sRGB colour gamut. That is positioned as part of the display’s colour output for users who want more vivid visuals than standard office monitors typically provide.
Design, Ports and Market Position
GIGABYTE has also included an ergonomic design meant for longer gaming sessions. The monitor comes with built-in speakers, which may be useful for users who do not want to set up external audio right away.
On the connectivity side, the G25F2A includes two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port and a 3.5mm earphone jack.

- 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 3.5mm earphone jack
- Built-in speakers
The G25F2A enters a crowded 240Hz FHD gaming monitor segment. GIGABYTE lists competitors such as the LG UltraGear 24GN65R, AOC 24G2 and MSI G255F, all of which are positioned with similar refresh rates and response times.
According to the company’s positioning, the local manufacturing angle could help it respond faster to market demand and get products to shelves more quickly than before. The monitor is being presented as a Make in India product, and the company says that should help with supply timing compared with fully imported hardware.
The launch gives GIGABYTE another entry in a category where buyers often look for smooth gameplay over higher resolution. The company has not said when pricing details will be shared, and the monitor’s retail availability is still tied to the April 2026 launch window. For now, it remains listed on some platforms, including Amazon, but not available for purchase.
