Nothing Phone 3a Lite Price in India Tipped to Rise by Rs 3,000

Nothing Phone 3a Lite price hike tipped in India

Nothing Phone 3a Lite may get a higher price in India starting Monday, according to a new leak cited by tipster Sanju Choudhary. The handset, which launched in November last year at Rs. 20,999, is said to see a rise of Rs. 3,000, with current stock and new stock possibly carrying different prices.

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite was introduced with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, two RAM and storage options, a Glyph light design, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support. At the time of publishing, Flipkart was listing the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant at Rs. 21,999 and the 256GB model at Rs. 23,999.

Reported prices and launch prices

As per the leak, the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version of the Nothing Phone 3a Lite could move to Rs. 24,999, while the 256GB storage variant with the same 8GB RAM is tipped to cost Rs. 26,999. The claimed increase would take effect from Monday, though Nothing has not officially confirmed any revision.

When it launched in India in November last year, the base model carried a starting price of Rs. 20,999 and the 256GB storage option was priced at Rs. 22,999. The current listed prices on Flipkart are higher than launch prices by Rs. 1,000 for both variants, based on the details in the input.

The tipster also shared an image that appears to be from a retailer communication. That image reportedly suggests the present pricing will remain valid only until existing stock lasts, after which new stock will reflect the higher prices. The reason mentioned for the possible change is rising memory chip costs.
