Redmi K90 Ultra Appears on 3C Certification With 100W Charging
Redmi K90 Ultra appears on 3C certification
The Redmi K90 Ultra is expected to join the Redmi K90 series soon, after a model number linked to the phone appeared on China’s 3C certification website. The listing points to 100W fast charging, while earlier leaks and recent tips suggest a much larger battery, possibly above 8,000mAh, for the upcoming handset.
The Redmi K90 series was launched in October 2025, and the Ultra model is being positioned as the top device in the lineup. It is also tipped to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, along with features such as an active cooling fan, a 1.5K LTPS OLED display, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
3C listing points to 100W charging
According to an Xpertpick report, a Redmi handset carrying model number 2604FRK1EC has appeared on the 3C certification website in China. The device is expected to be the Redmi K90 Ultra, and the listing confirms support for fast charging of up to 100W. That detail lines up with an earlier leak mentioned in the report.
The certification does not confirm other key specifications, but recent tips have filled in more of the expected hardware. One claim says the phone may come with a battery larger than 8,000mAh, which would place it above the Redmi K90 Pro Max and Redmi K90 in battery size. The existing Redmi K90 Pro Max has a 7,560mAh battery, while the Redmi K90 carries a 7,100mAh battery. Both phones support 100W wired charging, with the Pro Max also offering 50W wireless charging.

For context, the current Redmi K90 Pro Max and Redmi K90 are both already built around high-end components. The Pro Max uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the Redmi K90 uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Both phones were launched with OLED displays and 50-megapixel triple rear camera setups, along with Bose-tuned stereo speakers. The Redmi K90 starts in China at CNY 2,599 for the 12GB + 256GB version, while the Pro Max begins at CNY 3,999 for the same configuration.
Redmi has not announced the K90 Ultra yet, and the latest details remain based on certification and leaks. But the 3C filing adds another piece to the picture, especially the 100W charging support, as the device moves closer to launch in China.
