Vivo X300 FE Leaks Point to 12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB Storage Ahead of India Launch

Summary

According to recent reports, Vivo's new smartphone X300 FE is expected to be launched in India by the end of this year. Also reported are the various configurations for RAM and storage along with some possible colour options for the phone's launch. There is also a new leaked information on the marginalised memory/colour combinations as well as previous reports mentioning chipset, charging support and other connectivity options. The X200 FE successor is also linked to the Vivo S50 Pro Mini as a rebranded model in some markets.

Specifications and Certification

The leak from tech blogger Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) claims the X300 FE could ship in two configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB of built-in storage, or 12GB RAM with 512GB. The post says the phone may launch in black and blue, with more colourways possible.

Model number V2537 has appeared on Geekbench, showing a single-core score of 2,701 and a multi-core score of 8,180. According to its specification, the phone would feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, 12 GB of RAM and Android version 16.

There are also certification listings that support these specifications: TÜV Rheinland shows it will support 90 W wired fast charging and the IMDA's offer indicates the ability to connect via 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC.

In the context of Vivo's larger product family, the X300 FE is likely just a rebranding of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini (originally released in December 2025). The S50 Pro Mini is described as having a 6.31-inch AMOLED display, a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel front camera, and a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. If the X300 FE follows the rebrand path, this background informs expectations for the India model.

The X300 FE price and release date has not been confirmed yet, although it is expected to be in India for about Rs 60,000 with it being a compact flagship in the X300 range. The S50 Pro Mini was launched in December 2025 in China, and therefore, the release of the X300 FE and similar devices could happen concurrently in multiple markets. In India, the launch of Vivo's V70 series on February 19 might provide an indication of when we should expect to see the X300 FE announced very soon after.
