ACTIVA Inferno 6L/3000W 5 Star Instant Geyser brings compact instant heating; read our full review

Inferno uses 3000W heating, so hot water arrives in minutes. The six-litre tank works well for a quick bath or kitchen use. It isn't meant for long showers with several people.

Six litres is enough for one quick shower when water use stays controlled. It also suits washing utensils or filling a bucket in the kitchen. Larger families will need to wait for another heating cycle.

The 3000W heater draws more power during its short heating cycle. Its five-star rating and instant design help keep the overall usage sensible. Poor heating efficiency has still been reported, so the heater needs to work properly to save power.

The thermostat controls the water temperature after heating. Warm water stays available in the small tank for normal bathing or kitchen work. It won't hold enough water for a long shower.

Inferno has thermal cut-off, a fusible valve, and leakage protection. The fire-retardant cable and shock-proof design add more protection around bathroom use. It is rated for a 230-volt supply.

The ABS body resists rust and corrosion, which helps in damp bathroom spaces. A copper heating element handles the heating work inside the tank. The inner tank gets a five-year warranty, while components get one year.

Inferno gives you six litres of capacity, 3000W heating, and five safety protections. Its compact 240 x 400 mm body suits a smaller wall space. Pick it when quick heating and a small tank matter more than storing more hot water.

Inferno is built for kitchen work as well as quick showers. The six-litre tank and 3000W heater cover washing utensils and short hot-water tasks. Its multi-function valve and thermostat are useful here without adding much complexity.

Inferno has a small 240 x 400 mm body and weighs three kilograms. The six-litre capacity keeps the unit suited to short bathing needs. It makes more sense when a light, compact geyser is the main requirement.

The geyser is designed for easy wall mounting and comes with a manual card. Its three-kilogram weight should make handling easier during installation. Proper electrical and plumbing connections are still needed before switching it on.

The thermal cut-off stops the heating when the temperature goes too high. The thermostat also helps control the normal heating cycle. Five listed safety protections cover overheating, leakage, and related electrical risks.

The inner tank gets five years of warranty and components get one year. For repair or inspection, the customer needs to send the product to an authorised service centre. Damage from adaptations or adjustments isn't covered.

A few reviews directly call out poor heating efficiency and say the purchase felt wasteful. The 3000W heater should heat six litres quickly when it works as specified. That complaint is the main concern around its performance.

The six-litre capacity works for a quick shower, bucket bath, or kitchen task. Instant heating helps when hot water is needed without waiting for a large tank. Using it for several people back-to-back will feel limiting.
