This review is an eye-opener for anyone planning to buy a Godrej refrigerator. I purchased this Godrej refrigerator on 17 October 2025, and within just 6 months (20 March 2026) the refrigerator completely stopped working and became totally dead. Since then, I have been continuously following up with customer care and service centre, but as of 05 April 2026 the refrigerator is still not working and no proper support has been provided. Serious Issues Faced Refrigerator dead within 6 months of purchase Essential household appliance lying useless for more than 15 days Customer care giving only false assurances Service centre not resolving the issue No response from ASM, BSM, or escalation team No accountability from Godrej No urgency despite repeated complaints Extremely poor after-sales service This clearly shows that Godrej is not concerned about customers after selling the product. There is no escalation support, no responsibility, and no service commitment. A refrigerator is a basic necessity, and leaving a customer without a working refrigerator for weeks is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. Warning to Buyers ⚠️ If your Godrej refrigerator stops working, be prepared for: No proper response Endless follow-ups No escalation support No resolution for weeks Mental stress and inconvenience Final Verdict Very poor product quality and worst after-sales service. Godrej has failed completely in customer support. I strongly recommend not purchasing any Godrej refrigerator. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to proceed with consumer complaint and legal action. Not recommended at all. Avoid Godrej products.

1st week review

Recieved on 5th of July, the fridge looks extremely beautiful with front glass doors. The performance so far is good. You may not notice the sound in the day time but at night it can be a bit noisy with humming sound , also when a mode is changed you may hear some clicking sound and vibration. The delivery was smooth and delivered team did a great work of delivering it at my first floor through a narrow stairway. Also the installation was done on the very next day . The fridge is quite spacious, he convertible part is only a small space that too in the fridge section. Would have liked better in freezer Only thing that I do not liked was that I was charged an excess of Rs. 1800 for exchange ( though the evaluation report sent to me mentioned that nothing has to be paid). Just a small note: before making a purchase the placement of this refrigerator has to be taken seriously. It is quite big and take a decent amount of space.

Worth the money

No frost, quick ice cubes, black glass look elegant. I'm 5'7'' and the height of the refrigerator is bit more than mine. Sometimes in quite night, sounds come from the refrigerator as if a rat or something is in back side of the refrigerator but there isn't any space for rat to get inside. The only downside is that the freezer side isn't convertible and since I'm a vegetarian i have very very little use of freezer (just frozen sweet corn, peas, ice cream, cheese). my freezer side is almost empty so If you are a vegetarian then opt for other convertible refrigerator or a 3 door convertible refrigerator by Haier. Delivery was extremely painful ( refrigerator delivery 😅) not because of the delivery person, it was because my stairs are bit narrow and the size of the refrigerator is quite big from what I anticipated but thanks to the 3 delivery person they somehow cleared it to 1st floor without any damage. installation service was extremely bad because the godrej service area manager was very rude and was misbehaving just because i contacted the godrej customer service when installation was not done on promised date. Finally after filling complaint on godrej customer care a guy came after 5 days but buy then i had already started using refrigerator as there is nothing which requires installation on this refrigerator. Just plug it and start using. Also it's power efficient and my electricity bill never increased after purchasing it (i keep freezer side on -18° and fridge on 4°).

Worst product and no Service

Do not buy a Godrej refrigerator. We purchased a Godrej refrigerator in May 2026, and unfortunately, the product has not been working properly since then. For the last two months, we have repeatedly raised service requests and contacted Godrej customer care and the service centre numerous times. Despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution, accountability, or meaningful response. We have even escalated the matter to Godrej’s Nodal Officer and senior management, but sadly, no one seems to be taking responsibility or showing any urgency toward resolving the issue. It is extremely disappointing to face such poor product quality and customer service with a premium appliance. Think twice before purchasing a Godrej refrigerator, as the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing in our experience. This is the last product we bought from Godrej...
