I received the device on 09 July 2026, and from the very beginning, it became evident that there were serious issues with the product. Major Concerns 1. Suspected Refurbished / Previously Used Device The phone does not appear to be a brand-new device. Based on its condition and behaviour, it strongly resembles a refurbished or previously used handset. This is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new on Amazon. 2. Serious Software & Display Issues Within the first few days of usage, the phone started exhibiting multiple issues, including: Frequent white lines appearing on the display. Random software glitches and instability. Poor overall performance inconsistent with a brand-new premium smartphone. These issues began almost immediately after delivery. 3. Misleading Open Box Delivery Policy Within two days of delivery, we attempted to initiate a replacement through Amazon. To our surprise, we were informed that because the order was delivered under Open Box Inspection, the product was no longer eligible for replacement. This policy is fundamentally unfair and misleading. The Open Box Inspection process only allows the customer to verify: Physical damage Missing accessories Correct product It is impossible to detect internal hardware faults, display defects, software issues, or determine whether a phone is refurbished simply by looking at it for a few minutes during delivery. Using Open Box Inspection as a reason to deny replacement for manufacturing defects is completely unreasonable and against the spirit of customer protection
