Motorola Edge 70 Fusion Leaks Design and Renders Detailing Curved Display
Once again, official-looking renders of Motorola's Edge 70 Fusion phone appear to have been leaked online, giving us a clearer picture of what the phone will look like. The images are consistent with the previous leaked information and show a narrow profile and curved edges; the back of the device has a textured finish, along with a centrally-placed Motorola logo.
The camera module has a square shape, raised above the phone surface on the upper left side, and contains three camera holes and an LED flash.
In addition to Evan Blass, the leaker who provided the renders, it shows a slightly curved chassis with a smooth metal finish. The right side has the volume control buttons and the power button, while the front has a curved display with small bezels on all four sides, with a hole in the centre for the selfie camera. The edges of the display extend down into the edge of the chassis, giving the device an upscale appearance.
Design options, specs and expected features
The images indicate that there may be several different colors available, including green mint, purple, pale/silvery-blue, and black or gray. A few months ago, some people were discussing the potential of Pantone colors to be used in this phone's design (e.g., Blue Surf, Country Air, Orient Blue, Sporting Green, and Silhouette).
There was a listing at Geekbench earlier for a phone with an SoC (System-on-chip) from Qualcomm called the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. There are two memory configurations to choose from - the maximum amount of RAM is 12 GB while storage options go as high as 256 GB. Also, it is being rumored that this phone has a 7000 mAh battery which can charge at 68W! Say, for display/camera specs... you can expect a 6.78" (with 144hz) 1.5K AMOLED display; 50MP on the rear (triple rear camera); and 32MP camera on the front. Durability signals include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H certification.
The Edge 70 Fusion is expected to join the standard Motorola Edge 70, which launched in India in December 2025, as part of the company’s mid-range lineup.
Specification highlights:
- System-on-a-Chip: Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor
- Memory: Up to 12 GB of RAM
- Storage: Up to 256 GB of internal storage
- Battery: 7,000 mAh, compatible with a 68 Watt charger
- Screen size / refresh rate: 6.78 inch, 144 Hz, 1.5K AMOLED
- Rear Camera: 50 MP (triple)
- Front Camera: 32 MP
- Ruggedness: IP68/IP69 / MIL-STD-810H
Due to the proliferation of price comparison tools being utilized by consumers in India to review price history trends and make purchases, the introduction of Edge 70 Fusion into the competitive mid-range market makes this situation material.
The handset may sport a 6.78-inch 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel sensor-led triple rear camera unit and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. It may feature an IP68 and IP69-rated dust and water-resistant design, along with MIL-STD-810H durability certification.
