What a pathetic experience! I ordered a brand new phone, but what I received looks like it was dragged out of a junkyard. The phone was completely dead right out of the box — doesn’t turn on at all. The display is cracked, as if someone used it as a chopping board before packing it. To make it worse, even the charging pin doesn’t fit properly — how is this even called new? Is this a phone or a refurbished corpse? I paid full price for a premium device, but got scrap metal instead. This is pure negligence and cheating. I demand an immediate replacement or full refund — and definitely won’t be buying from this seller ever again. Buyers, BEWARE! If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from this seller.
