Acer Swift Neo AI laptop launches in India at Rs 67,999

Acer has launched the Swift Neo AI laptop in India starting at Rs 67,999, bringing Intel Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 H-series chips to the Copilot Plus PC segment. The laptop also includes Intel AI Boost for on-device tasks, which keeps the headline focused on its AI-ready hardware and launch price.

The Acer Swift Neo AI laptop has launched in India at Rs 67,999, bringing AI-powered features, a sleek design, and capable hardware for everyday productivity and performance.

14-inch WUXGA OLED option, 52Wh battery and 65W USB Type-C charging

The Swift Neo uses a 14-inch WUXGA display with up to 300 nits brightness, and select variants add an OLED panel option. That gives buyers a choice between a standard thin-and-light setup and a more premium display tier, depending on the configuration they pick.

Acer has also paired the laptop with a 52Wh battery and 65W USB Type-C charging. For a machine meant to fit into everyday carry use, that combination matters more than it may sound at first. It keeps the device in the same conversation as other slim laptops where battery capacity and charging convenience often decide the buying choice.

1080p webcam, fingerprint reader and lightweight 1.25kg metal build

Beyond the processor and display, Acer is pointing to a set of practical hardware features. The Swift Neo comes with a Full HD 1080p webcam, integrated fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard and metal top and bottom covers. These are the kinds of details that usually matter once the first impression wears off.

The laptop weighs 1.25kg and measures 17.2mm thick, which keeps it firmly in the thin-and-light category. That makes it easier to position for students and office buyers who want an Intel Core Ultra 7 laptop without giving up portability. In a market where many specs look similar on paper, lighter build quality and everyday usability can still separate one model from another.

The launch also reinforces how crowded the Copilot Plus PC laptop segment has become. With Acer Swift Neo AI laptop models now entering at Rs 67,999, buyers will likely compare not just the chip name but also the display type, battery size, charging support and overall build. For anyone tracking mid-premium Windows laptops in India, the Swift Neo is another example of how the category is shifting toward AI branding, but still depends on standard hardware details to stand out.
