Acer ALG i5-13420H 16GB/1TB RTX3050 15.6 Laptop Price Comparison & History in India
Wait: This Acer Laptop Is Far Above Its Usual Price
At ₹90,000 on Amazon, this Acer ALG AL15G 53 is currently expensive. It’s about 25% above its ₹72,009 average across 471 tracked days. That’s roughly 25% higher, placing this purchase well outside its usual range. Prices fell to ₹53,990 on Amazon before climbing steadily through 2026. The gap from that best price is unusually large.
Casual shoppers may miss how sharply the Acer ALG AL15G 53 has risen since early tracking. The product has never held a stable price for long. Earlier discounts were stronger, while recent listings stayed near record levels. That pattern suggests the current listing isn’t a temporary bargain. Amazon is the cheapest platform right now, but that doesn’t make this a good deal. For gaming, the RTX 3050 and 16GB RAM remain capable at sensible prices. At this price, newer RTX 4050 laptops may offer better value during sales. Check warranty, seller rating, and return terms before ordering. Wait for a sale or a meaningful drop before choosing this Acer ALG AL15G 53.

Acer ALG i5-13420H 16GB/1TB RTX3050 15.6 Laptop FAQs
Acer ALG's stereo speakers are fine for system sounds and casual videos, but they don't get very loud. Movies and games sound thin, especially beside a phone or better headphones. Headphones are the better pick for gaming.
Battery life is the weak spot here. Light browsing gets around 4 to 5 hours in power-saving mode, while gaming can drop to roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. The claimed seven hours needs lighter work and power saving.
At 1.99 kg, it isn't a light laptop for daily carrying. The 15.6-inch body and charger add more weight in a backpack. Desk use feels more natural than taking it everywhere.
The top lid uses metal, while most of the rest is plastic. It feels okay when handled normally, but the build isn't especially tough. A hinge coming loose is a real concern.
Acer ALG gives you RTX 3050 6GB graphics, 16GB RAM, and a 144Hz screen. Lenovo LOQ is the better one to check if you want a more gaming-focused chassis and cooling setup. The Acer fits mixed college work and gaming better when those extras aren't your priority.
HP Victus is the better comparison if cooling and battery life matter most. Acer ALG gives strong 1080p gaming hardware, but its fans get loud and battery life is limited away from the charger. Choose the Acer when plugged-in gaming matters more than long unplugged sessions.
Acer ALG suits mixed college work because it combines a 144Hz screen, 16GB RAM, and a 1.99 kg body. ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is the better alternative to inspect for a gaming-first design. The Acer makes more sense when desk work and carrying it matter alongside gaming.
The RTX 3050 and Core i5 handle modern games well at 1080p. Many AAA titles can run around 60 fps with sensible settings, but 144Hz gaming is beyond this GPU in heavier games. RDR2 runs smoothly on this setup.
Yes, the memory can go up to 64GB and storage up to 2TB. It already starts with 16GB RAM and a fast NVMe SSD, so everyday multitasking doesn't need an immediate upgrade. Extra storage will help if you keep several large games installed.
It suits college work well because the i5 processor and 16GB RAM handle coding, browsing, and documents together. Coding tools, browser tabs, and files can stay open without slowing everything down. Gaming performance is there when classes are done.
It works well for students who want one machine for classes and gaming. The RTX 3050 helps with GPU-based editing, while 16GB RAM handles ordinary timelines and multitasking. The 512GB SSD can fill quickly once games and video files pile up.
It gets hot and loud during demanding gaming, with temperatures reaching around 100°C in a heavy workload. A cooling pad or raising the rear helps move heat away from the base. Performance mode brings more noise, while quieter modes reduce heat and speed.
A single stuck or dead pixel was refused for replacement, with two pixels given as the minimum. That makes an early screen check especially important after unboxing. Check the panel carefully during the return window.
Real & Verified Reviews of Acer ALG i5-13420H 16GB/1TB RTX3050 15.6 Laptop
Got stuck pixel within a month
Edit : got a stuck pixel within in a month, which I can't fix , tried to contact acer , they rejected this that itnhave min 2 stuck or dead pixel for replacement, lol. Blaster, but fan noise is high, thermals aren't better, hits 100° c , and during game installation this pc ccooks up literally, don't expect battery from it, ig not more that 1.5-2hrs ,but at this budget it's good, I got it for 48k , so it was good deal, and when I'm unboxing time i feeled it as premium brand new ,
Satisfied (for the price-performance)!
It should get 5 stars but I'm only giving 4 because; Pros: The laptop (the stock that I've received) performs just as expected, the graphics are awesome for the piece and aall other performance are top notch. It can be registered under Acer warrranty (I think one year). Everything else about the physical, performance and power aspects are good (Only thing is battery doesn't stay long UNLESS you use power saving mode in the inbuilt App which puts your GPU to sleep and thus low energy consumption) If you want to do gaming, every title can be played at 60hz MAX settings, but you WILL become greedy to play in the 144hz that the Laptop offers, but unfortunately that's all the capacity of the RTX 3050. Cons: I wanted to replace this laptop in the first place after trying out some features (only because I had problems with some software) 1. Acer warranty software, which after many attempts, I couldn't get past the phone number options, and so I just opted for warranty through the internet. 2. MS office, only later I found out that the Laptop doesn't come with a MS Office subscription, so I was kinda sad a out it. 3. When u reached out to Amazon for REPLACEMENT due to these software concerns, they told me that I could ONLY GET A RETURN, but I didn't want it b cause I've got the laptop in a discount (around Rs. 51,500 - 3500 Card discount) so I didn't return the laptop and still using the stock that arrived first. So the verdict. There's no MS Office you need to buy it on your own. Every performance aspect are top notch. If you're gaming, it's a MUST to have a cooler pad. The laptop is heavy, so carrying it very often is definitely gonna give you back pain. So I'm really satisfied with this purchase, thanks to Amazon.
Overall good laptop ❤️
Very good in performance and looking wise also good but the RGB is not change automatically they provide one zone RGB backlight keyboard but you set only one colour at a time not dynamic. The product is good and performance is good build quality is okay okay and value for money under 50k. Size is 15.6 inch. Durability is not very good but okay because the toplid is metal build but all other parts are plastic
Battery issue
Battery got damaged within 1 year
Overall 9/10 for the price range I bought it for
Great laptop. Seen people complaining about the battery but just turning on the power saving mode while not plugged to browse web or do office work gives better backup than I expected. If you are facing heating issues just elevate the back of the laptop with a book and turn on entertainment mode, it is not as powerful as performance mode but it can still run most of the AAA games without getting it to heat much, tho it does still sound like a jett engine at night.
Great laptop at its price segment
It's a good laptop for the price i got it for 48k in GIF sale, and for that price it has absolutely no flaws. Only problem that you might face can be the battery life as on power saving mode and light usage it will only past 4 to 5 hrs Max with full battery. But that not really a major con, as I said especially at this price. Rest all seems fine performance and display quality are good no issues there as well. As for fan noise that's not really a problem even a pc fan makes noise when it is running hot. Use it in a air conditioned room 25 24 celcius environment and then at normal tasks temp don't go above 60 celsius and there is no fan noise. While gamming all laptop make noise. Only major con is the speakers, they sound like old smartphone speakers
Best laptop
The best laptop ever purchased I'm using for past 8 months rdr 2 runs smooth
Just buy HP Victus
Overheating, loud exhaust sound, hinge problem (corner material came loose), no physical privacy shutter on camera, battery backup issue (dont last 2.5 hours even on energy saving mode), and other problems i have yet to discover i believe.
