OnePlus Pad 4 Spotted on Geekbench With Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

OnePlus Pad 4 appears on Geekbench

OnePlus has started teasing its next tablet in India, and a Geekbench listing has now surfaced for the device that is likely to launch as the OnePlus Pad 4 or the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro. The benchmark entry points to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, along with 12GB RAM and Android 16, while the scores shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav show 3,467 in single-core and 10,377 in multi-core tests.

The tablet is expected to be linked to the OPPO Pad 5 Pro, which is set to launch in China on April 21. If that connection holds, the OnePlus version could carry a 13.2-inch LCD display, a 13,380mAh battery and 80W charging, though OnePlus has not confirmed the name or specs yet.

Geekbench listing points to flagship hardware

According to the leaked benchmark details, the Indian or global variant is identified as OPD2514. The chip is said to use a 2+6 core setup with peak clock speeds up to 4.61GHz, alongside an Adreno 840 GPU. The listing places the tablet in the same range as current high-end devices, based on the numbers shared online.

The teaser image from OnePlus has also led to speculation that the device may share hardware cues with the OPPO Pad 5 Pro, including the camera module and three-pin connector placement. For now, the company has only begun teasing the tablet in India, and no official launch date has been announced.

Possible OPPO Pad 5 Pro link shapes expectations

If the OPPO connection is accurate, the OnePlus tablet may end up being an iterative upgrade over the OnePlus Pad 3, which launched in India in June 2025 starting at Rs 47,999. The Pad 3 came with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 13.2-inch 3.4K display and a 12,140mAh battery, setting the baseline for what the next model might build on.

The OPPO Pad 5 Pro, due in China on April 21, is expected to offer a 13.2-inch LCD display, a 13,380mAh battery, 80W charging and colour options including Dawn Gold, Mocha Brown and Monet Purple. Those details have not been confirmed for the OnePlus model, but they are part of the current leak trail around the tablet.

For now, the clearest sign is the Geekbench entry and the hardware it suggests. The tablet is being discussed as either the OnePlus Pad 4 or OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, but OnePlus has not settled the naming publicly. The company’s India teaser, the benchmark listing and the reported OPPO tie-up are the main developments in the current round of leaks, with more information likely to emerge closer to launch.
