The launch teaser shows the OnePlus Pad 4 in dark brown. It also shows a pill-shaped camera module placed on the top-left corner. From the image, the tablet appears slim, and the display size looks large, though OnePlus has not given any measurements.

The company has not revealed the full specifications of the tablet. The device is being positioned as the brand’s flagship tablet, and the India launch comes earlier than the Pad 3, which arrived in September last year.

The teaser has also led to speculation that the OnePlus Pad 4 could be a rebrand of the upcoming OPPO Pad 5 Pro. That view is based on the design, including the camera module layout and three-pin connector alignment, which are said to closely resemble the OPPO tablet.

The OPPO Pad 5 Pro is set to launch in China on April 21. OPPO is expected to offer that model in Mocha Brown, Dawn Gold and Monet Purple, and the colour shown by OnePlus looks similar to the brown variant.

OnePlus has not confirmed any connection between the two tablets, and the Pad 4 specifications remain unannounced. The available information is limited to the launch date, the name, and the teaser image.

Based on what is known about the OPPO Pad 5 Pro, the report notes possible features such as a 13.2-inch LCD 3.5K display with 1,000 nits peak brightness, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a 13,380mAh battery with 80W fast charging, and a 13MP rear camera. Those details are not officially confirmed for the OnePlus Pad 4.

The Pad 4 is expected to follow the company’s earlier tablet strategy by offering a premium Android tablet at a lower price than some rivals. But for now, only the launch date and design teaser are confirmed, and more details should come when OnePlus makes the full announcement on April 30.
