Fossil Gen6 Smartwatch Wellness Edition Smartwatch Price Comparison & History in India
Buy the Fossil Gen 6 at this low price
At ₹7,198 on Amazon, this Fossil Gen 6 is at its recent low. That's barely above its all-time low of ₹7,197. Across 211 tracked days, the watch has swung sharply between sale and regular pricing. It reached much higher levels repeatedly, then dropped back to this range. That pattern matters because this isn't a steady discount. One thing casual shoppers may miss: this model's discounts are frequent, but unpredictable. Amazon was cheapest on every recorded date, though today's stock can still change quickly.
The six-price average is ₹9,598, putting today's offer roughly 25% below normal tracked pricing. Fossil Gen 6 Display Wellness Edition FTW4069 is an older model. It makes more sense at this discount than near its usual high points. If you're replacing a watch, this is the kind of price dip to watch for. Fossil Gen 6 suits buyers who prefer its design over newer budget alternatives. Still, don't wait for a bigger drop without a specific reason. Past movements suggest Amazon can lift the price again before another sale. At this level, the value is clear, and timing is doing most of the work.

Fossil Gen6 Smartwatch Wellness Edition Smartwatch FAQs
The built-in speaker and mic let you make and answer calls on the watch. It is fine for short calls when the phone is not nearby. Music controls and a voice assistant are there too.
Fossil rates the Gen 6 for around 24 hours. With sports tracking, screen wake, and the phone connection running, it can drop much faster. Heavy use can mean charging twice in a day. The 30-minute quick charge helps when that happens.
The watch supports quick charging for 30 minutes, which is handy when you do not have much time. Getting from very low to full can still take longer. It depends on the charger and battery condition. The magnetic charger is easy enough to place on the back.
The silicone strap works fine for workouts and normal office use. It does not need much care either. Sleep tracking gives you a reason to keep it on overnight, although the 44mm case can feel quite noticeable on smaller wrists.
The stainless steel case feels tougher than a basic plastic watch body. IP68 covers everyday splashes, sweat, and dust. The screen can still get marks from knocks, so a screen guard is worth considering.
The Fossil runs Wear OS 3 and has GPS, calls, NFC, and access to Google-style smartwatch apps. Samsung watches fit better with some Samsung phone and health features. Fossil's short battery life is one of the bigger differences between them.
Garmin Venu watches put more focus on fitness sessions and longer battery life. Fossil is more focused on smartwatch stuff such as calls, apps, voice assistant, and Wi-Fi. It feels closer to having a small phone on your wrist.
Amazfit GTR models generally put more attention on battery life and everyday fitness tracking. Fossil gives you Wear OS apps, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi, and calling. You just have to charge the Fossil more often.
Sleep tracking records sleep along with heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and activity. It can be used for keeping an eye on your normal sleep pattern. The battery is the annoying part, since charging has to fit around wearing it overnight.
Yes, the built-in GPS can track walks and other outdoor activities without using the phone for the whole route. There is also a compass and motion sensors for workout data. GPS does use more battery, which is already limited on this watch.
The colour AMOLED screen keeps menus and notifications fairly easy to see. The rotating home button helps when your fingers are wet or you are moving around during a workout. There are also extra configurable buttons for quicker access to selected functions.
The watch supports Android 6 and above and iOS 12 and above. Older phones can still have connection issues, mainly when the phone software or companion app is outdated. Updating the phone and watch apps before pairing can avoid some of these problems.
It can drain quickly when the watch stays connected and several features are running. Phone syncing, GPS, screen wake, and health tracking all add to the battery use. With fewer features running, it stays closer to the stated day. Heavy use can empty it much sooner.
Some units have been reported to show the Fossil logo and then go black. That is not just a normal charging delay. If charging and restarting do not bring it back, service or replacement may be needed.
The Fossil phone app can feel slow during setup and syncing. Once connected, the watch itself is easier to move around. Google Assistant tends to be less troublesome than Alexa, which may ask for phone pairing again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent purchase of the Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch. After receiving the watch last week, I was excited to finally use it, but it has been completely non-functional since the moment I opened the box. Upon connecting it to the charger, the Fossil logo appears for only a brief second before the screen immediately goes black. I have attempted to troubleshoot this extensively using various power sources—including a direct wall outlet, a laptop USB port, and a power bank—but the device simply refuses to hold a charge or boot past the logo. I have already reached out via your online help chat. While the representatives were very kind and polite, the support provided was unfortunately unable to resolve the issue or provide a working solution for a device that appears to be defective from the factory. As a brand-new purchase, I expected a premium, working product. Instead, I am left with a 'dead on arrival' unit. Also the Amazon support here is sub-par. The chatbot tries and offers solutions for a watch that just doesn't start (e.g. restarting the watch) which isn't practical at all.
Good gadget
A real nice cool gadget which is a collaboration of Fossil-Google. While interface is Google's OS, the hardware is Fossil's. After using it for entire day, below are the PRO and CONS. 1. Thumb UPs: (i) The Google OS interface is user friendly and easy to navigate/ switch between apps. (ii) The Fossil Gen 6 watch is like wearing a smartphone on wrist. Almost all smartphone features are available in the watch including Google maps, Voice Assistant etc. (iii) Voice Assistant feature is an added bonus. User gets both Google Assistant as well as Alexa. (iv) Fast charging. The magnetic charging is designed as such that user can charge hassle free. Thumb Downs: (i) Fossil smartphone app which needs to be installed to interact watch with phone is sluggish. (ii) Alexa Assistant is a huge let down. User needs to pair with smartphone after every use. Better to go with Google Assistant. (iii) On using full features, the battery doesnt last full day. User may need to charge twice a day with full features.
THIS WATCH IS PERFECT(minus the battery)
This is by far the most stylish wearos watch. Nothing comes close. Its also buttery smooth in operation. It has alllll the features youd need in a wear os watch. The only con is a battery. If turn off all on display and tilt to wake I can squeeze maybe a days worth of life. But with those on and if I use sports tracking I get max 16 hours of battery life. Thats the only con and honestly Idm and i can live with that. Another good thing is the sleep tracking. Its super accurate. I dont see many reviews talking about it. Also get a screen guard for it. I hit it on stuff accidentally so many times.
