It is actually a "Something is better than nothing product." Do not hope for great wash quality without using our hand. The prewash treatment is required every time mostly for white clothes. Only jeans are cleaned quite well without pretreatment with the dedicated mode. Overall, a good product to buy as a washing machine appliance. Remember that the wash quality in LG and SAMSUNG (I said it because of their service availability) front-load is the optimum standard. If you are in a hurry or beddings are piled up and you are super busy and tired and do not want to wash everything by hand daily, then buy this. You can check for LG top load also.

I bought this washing machine(8kgs) in march and I have used it 5 times in 10 days and went to my hometown for a couple of months and after coming back in may, it worked fine for a couple days but it started making noise and the tub getting stuck and not moving during all the cycles. So I have complained to Samsung service center and they sent a technician the next day and he confirmed that the pub motor is not working properly and needs to be replaced. He said that it will take a week at max as they need to order the part and it needs to be delivered from Noida. I was okay with the timeline. I have waited for a week but no one called or visited. After a week there was a message saying that the part is available now and a technician is assigned for this ticket, but no one showed up. If I call the technician number in the message, he won’t pick up at all and after repeated tries for 2 days, the technician picked the call and said that a wrong part was delivered and they have re ordered the correct part and it will be delivered within 2 days. So I waited but no one called or showed up. So I called the technician again repeatedly for a day but he didn’t pick up. So I called the support again and got the service center number. I called the service center and they say that the part is still not delivered at all and they don’t know when it will be available. It’s been 3 weeks and no support has been provided. The service of Samsung has degraded a lot these days. It has been a nightmare.

A well equipped and easy to use whashing machine
A good quality whashing machine with all the necessary function and ease. Function is user friendly and easy to operate. After using it i found some pros and cons as below: Pros :1. user friendly and easy to use. 2. serve the purpose as it cleans clothes very well. 3. Light weight yet sturdy 4. Good quality inverter motor used with direct drive. 5. Good quality diomond steel drum used with big tower lint filter. 6. Shape of the pulsator also good with producing good amount of shuds and vortexes. 7. Best warrenty in the competition on inverter motor as 20years. 8. Value for money if you buy on sale time. Cons: 1. Ecobubble technology is just a hype and marketing gimmick. There are two propeller type agitator installed at detergent compartment which is not creating sufficient bubble as shown in their ads. And also not impact on clothes cleaning much. Yet it helps to desolves detergent very well. 2. Build quality of whashing machine body is average. Back side all the way they use cheap plastic which flex and bent easily if touch somewhere hardly may got damaged. Also too much flex observed on body panels. 3. Spin RPM is 700, it could be increased.

Not worth buying this product
I bought this machine trusting the Samsung brand name, but it has failed to deliver. Clothes are only ~80% dry after washing, water constantly drips from the detergent drawer, and unused detergent builds up inside the pocket. To make matters worse, the "Quick Wash" setting takes over 40 minutes instead of the standard 12–15 minutes. Definitely not worth the price.
