LG T70VBMB1Z 7Kg Top Load Price Comparison & History in India
Fair Price, But Better Sales Have Appeared
At ₹18,990 on Amazon, this LG washing machine sits slightly below its ₹19,048 average. That's a fair price, but not its best recent level. The lowest recorded price was ₹17,490 on Amazon. Prices were tracked across 459 days, with Amazon and Flipkart taking turns offering lowest rates. December prices climbed sharply, while August brought a better deal than today. That pattern matters because sale timing has been uneven.
Casual shoppers may miss that the latest Amazon price isn't shared automatically by Flipkart. Check both listings before paying, especially when delivery or bank offers differ. The LG 7 Kilograms Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine RD remains practical. LG's inverter motor is useful for quieter, steadier daily washing. Service support is another reason this model remains easy to shortlist. Still, its value comes mainly from the current discount, not a rare price. If your old machine is failing, this price is reasonable for a dependable replacement. If not, waiting for a sale could improve the value.

LG T70VBMB1Z 7Kg Top Load Technical Specifications
LG T70VBMB1Z 7Kg Top Load FAQs
Mostly, yes. There's no separate belt drive, so normal washing is fairly quiet. Spin is louder, especially with clothes sitting unevenly. Get the machine levelled properly or the drum can shake across the floor.
It's audible, but not harsh if the machine is balanced. Uneven loads shake and rattle more in the last spin. Clothes still come out nearly dry.
With the 5 Star rating, regular washing stays fairly economical. Listed use is about 0.06 kWh per kg and 8.6 litres of water per kg per cycle. Fine for a home running several loads a week.
Yes. A small family's weekly laundry fits in the 7 Kg drum, mixed clothes, cottons and daily wear included, and it never feels packed. Duvets and other bulky things are a different story. They need more room and careful loading.
The door is wide, opens easily and lets you see the drum clearly. You do have to bend down to load it, like any front loader. During a wash it stays locked, and it opens after a short safety delay.
The metal body feels sturdy, and Middle Black looks cleaner than bright white panels. The stainless steel drum doesn't feel flimsy. It's heavy too, so it stays put once it's installed properly.
Samsung often has the more polished control panel. LG's side of it is quiet direct-drive running, useful wash modes and a long motor warranty. For regular family laundry, LG is simpler to live with.
IFB is known for its fabric-focused wash options, while LG keeps the controls easy to follow. It also has Allergy Care, Tub Clean and hot wash settings for everyday needs. Wash quality is strong on mixed daily clothes.
Bosch front loaders usually feel more restrained and premium. LG shows more cycle information and has a wider range of everyday modes. Want simple controls and quiet washing more than a minimalist panel? Go with LG.
Normal dirt comes out well if you use the right detergent and temperature. Very thick stains may stay behind, so scrub them before washing. The stronger programs take longer than Quick 30, but they clean better.
Yes, if the clothes are only lightly worn and need a quick refresh. Don't use it for old stains, heavy towels or very dirty school clothes. And no hot water with this short cycle.
There are two cycles for this, Baby Steam Care and Allergy Care. Hot water helps with hygiene, and the gentler modes are better for small, delicate things. They take longer than a basic daily wash.
Yes, mostly. Once Child Lock is on, the wash controls are blocked, so kids can't change the cycle or pause the machine by mistake. The power button still works, though, so it isn't a full lock.
Look at the door seal, the inlet hose and the drum area first. If the tub is damaged it can drip from underneath too, and a technician needs to see it. Don't use the machine until the leak is sorted.
You may have to book it separately with LG, since it doesn't always come from the distributor. Take out the shipping bolts and level the machine before the first wash. The spanner in the box is for that.
Not exactly. It shows the cycle and a rough time left, and the number can change as the machine reads the load and water conditions. Good enough for planning, but not a precise countdown.

Very Disappointed – Poor Washing Performance
Very Disappointed – Poor Washing Performance I am extremely disappointed with the performance of this LG 7 Kg washing machine. Despite being advertised with features like Smart Inverter Technology, TurboDrum, Auto Prewash, and a 5-star rating, the actual washing performance has not met my expectations. The biggest issue is that the clothes are not getting cleaned properly. Even after a complete wash cycle, dust, dirt, and stains remain on the clothes almost as they were before washing. I expected much better cleaning from a reputed brand like LG, but the results have been very disappointing. The machine seems to run normally, but the actual cleaning effectiveness is poor. I have tried using different wash settings and sufficient detergent, but the problem remains. A washing machine should primarily clean clothes properly, and unfortunately, this product fails to deliver on that basic expectation. Considering the price and the features advertised, I expected significantly better performance. I would not recommend this washing machine if effective cleaning is your priority. The product has not performed as expected and has been a disappointing purchase.
