Samsung Brings Vision AI to 72 TVs in India With Micro RGB Debut
Samsung Brings Vision AI to More TV Models
Samsung has launched 72 TV models in India for 2026, extending Vision AI across 4K and above models and adding Micro RGB TVs to its lineup. The company said the range starts at Rs 36,990 for UHD models and goes up to its premium Micro RGB offerings.
Vision AI Companion is now available on all 4K and above TVs in the new range. Samsung said the AI features include recommendations powered by Bixby, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, along with real-time AI upscaling, contrast adjustment and sound optimization.
The lineup also includes AI sports enhancements and adaptive viewing features, while entry-level UHD TVs are getting AI capabilities that were previously limited to premium models.
Micro RGB Arrives in India
Samsung has introduced its first Micro RGB TVs in India in 55-inch to 115-inch sizes. The company said the RGB micro-LED structure is designed to improve brightness precision and colour accuracy.
The Micro RGB models also come with Glare Free support and AI Engine Pro for large-room and daylight viewing. Samsung said the TVs are aimed at buyers looking for large-screen cinematic viewing and gaming setups.
Samsung Splits the Lineup Across More Buyer Segments
The 2026 range also includes OLED, Neo QLED, Mini LED, The Frame and UHD models, each positioned for different use cases. Samsung said OLED models are focused on contrast, gaming and cinematic viewing, while Neo QLED and Mini LED are aimed at bright-room and mainstream premium buyers.
The Frame continues its décor and entertainment positioning, and UHD models serve as the more affordable entry point for AI TV features. Samsung also said gaming-focused features such as 144Hz and 165Hz support are expanding beyond niche models.
The company’s launch reflects a more segmented TV market in India, with options spread across budgets, room types and viewing habits. Samsung’s 2026 television push places Vision AI into more affordable categories while adding a new ultra-premium tier with Micro RGB, giving the company a wider spread from entry-level AI TVs to high-end large-screen models.
Samsung did not indicate any further rollout details beyond the 72-model India lineup.
