Neopticon EBook N4020 4/128GB 11.6" Laptop Price Comparison & History in India
Hold off: this laptop is priced above its usual range
At ₹12,990 on Amazon, the EBook Neopticon BBEN40412811 is currently priced above its usual range. Across 88 tracked days, its average price was ₹11,729. That puts today’s listing about 11% above average, so this isn’t a strong buying point. The price has climbed recently after staying near its cheaper levels earlier. Only six listings are recorded, so one expensive jump affects the average. Still, recent movement matters more for someone buying today. That’s the useful warning.
The lowest recorded price was ₹9,990 on Amazon, making the current listing noticeably higher. A casual shopper might miss how quickly this model has moved upward. It rose from its earlier low into its current range within recent tracking. That pattern suggests waiting could help, especially if Amazon returns to its earlier range. The EBook Neopticon BBEN40412811 is compact, but its pricing history doesn’t justify rushing. If you need a basic 11.6-inch machine immediately, this remains available. Otherwise, hold off and watch Amazon for a better drop.

Neopticon EBook N4020 4/128GB 11.6" Laptop Features & Overview
The EBook from Neopticon is a compact business laptop that you actually grab for daily tasks. Neopticon EBook N4020 4/128GB 11.6" Laptop BBEN40412811 supports older gear with 3 USB ports, see specs. It boots Windows 11 Home and handles light multitasking without a fanfare. The 11.6 inch LED panel sits at a modest 1366x768; it’s not a showpiece, but it stays readable through long sessions. Weighing about 1.1 Kilograms, it disappears in a bag, which is exactly what you want on a busy day. The keyboard offers ergonomic travel and the power switch has a satisfying soft click you notice the moment you turn it on. The front camera is a modest 2 MP but does the job for video calls when you’re on the move. And yes, you’ll hear clear audio through the built in HD Audio when you’re on a call or watching a quick tutorial.
Usage
For study, office tasks, or light multimedia, the combination of 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage with an M.2 SSD slot keeps things feeling responsive. You can store assignments and presentations and still have room for a few media files. You may not run heavy apps, but the setup is reliable for everyday work and online learning.
Capacity
The core memory is fixed at 4 GB, with an M.2 SSD slot that supports expansion up to a substantial size when you need it, giving you room to grow without buying a new machine immediately. Neopticon EBook N4020 4/128GB 11.6" Laptop with 3 USB ports.
Controls
Ports include USB 3.0, USB Type-C, HDMI, Micro SD, and a 3.5 mm jack, with WiFi and Bluetooth for wireless setup. The overall tactile feel is practical; you don’t think about it until it rains and you need to work remotely, and then it proves its worth.
Durability
The chassis stays slim yet sturdy enough for everyday carry. The lid closes with a modest, reassuring click and the screen holds up well in busier environments. It’s not a rugged notebook, but it handles typical commuting with ease.
Safety
Battery is Lithium Polymer with a 31 Wh energy content, and the laptop claims around six hours of mixed use. The warranty is one year from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage; it excludes misuse, surges, software issues, data loss, cosmetic damage, or consumables like batteries.
Installation/Warranty
Setup is straightforward out of the box. The box contents list includes an adapter, the laptop, a user manual, and a warranty card; keep the invoice handy for warranty claims.

Neopticon EBook N4020 4/128GB 11.6" Laptop FAQs
The built-in speakers are fine for calls and basic videos. They stay quiet for music, especially when you push the volume up. Headphones give a much better listening level.
Mixed use reaches about six hours on a charge. That covers a few classes or a light office session without carrying the charger around. The small 31 Wh pack isn't meant for a full heavy workday.
At 1.1 kg, it is easy to carry between classes or meetings. The 11.6-inch size also takes little space in a bag. It suits people who move between home, college, and office often.
The 283×192×18 mm body fits neatly on cramped desks. It slips into smaller bags more easily than a full-size laptop. That small footprint is the main build advantage here.
Lenovo IdeaPad models usually give you a larger screen and more processing headroom. Neopticon EBook is lighter and easier to carry, while still handling Word, Excel, and basic browsing. Pick this one for portability, not a bigger desk setup.
HP 14's larger display gives more room for documents and browser tabs. Neopticon EBook fits better in small bags and handles basic assignments, notes, and web research. HP 14 is the better format for long typing sessions.
ASUS VivoBook models generally give you a larger screen and broader hardware choices. Neopticon EBook wins on its 1.1 kg body and smaller footprint. For simple work on the move, this is easier to carry.
The 11.6-inch HD panel is readable for documents, lessons, and basic browsing. Text looks reasonably clear at its native 1366x768 resolution. Split-screen work feels cramped because the display is small.
The Celeron N4020 handles Word, Excel, and light browsing without drama. Several tabs, software installation, or heavier spreadsheets slow it down quickly. It feels comfortable with one main task and a few small ones open.
Windows 11 works for basic office tasks once the initial setup settles. Software updates can take a long time and may make the laptop feel stuck while they run. A clean, finished setup feels much better than using it mid-update.
It can handle beginner Python exercises alongside Word and light Excel work. Simple scripts and document editing are within its comfort zone. Large projects or heavy development tools will push the dual-core processor hard.
The laptop can fail to charge from day one, leaving it unusable. Check the charging indicator before spending time on setup. A charging problem needs attention before regular work starts.

Marvel for those who have easy work on laptop
It's good ebook at this price. Day one I was frustrated with its performance. The installation of new software updates was failed. Then I uninstalled all the updates. And restart the ebook and started software updation for whole night and sleep. Next day Ebook was working fine. The excel was working fine with wifi . So overall if yours work on computer is not heavy then this is the masterpiece for you. If you have heavy work then this e book is not meant for you. Although lifetime free windows is it's plus point .

Fraud
Worst Product. Once the OS is installed, System is Hanging. New Software installation is very slow. Display is very bad. They said Open Box, but that is not sufficient to judge this Product. Once OS is fully installed, we will come to know. Please be careful with this Product. No one is responding if we call to customer care and the option to return is not there for this product.

Best and Highly Recommended Portable Laptop
Thanks to Neopticon and Amazon for this made in India Laptop. This review is going to be highly technical for everyone. I removed the native windows 11 operating system and installed the tiny11 OS which improved the performance. It is working fine now. I have disabled windows update by uninstalling them and disabling it. After this installation, my RAM DDR4 2133 MT/S utlization was 1.9 GB of 4GB and EMC utilization of 20GB with 97 GB Free which made the laptop more smooth and very responsive to handle light programming in python, watching videos and word document editing. The main advantage of this laptop is that it is easy to carry anywhere and much portable. Celeron 4020C is supporting 2 processing cores and can clock upto 2.8 GHZ which is sufficient for day to day light weight processing task. Excellent Purchase.
