Haier EFL90-DM14IBIEBK 9 kg Front Load Price Comparison & History in India
Buy If Needed, But Wait For A Better Deal
At ₹35,200 on Amazon, this is a fair price, but not a standout deal. Haier 9 Kg Front Load Washing Machine has stayed fairly steady across 459 tracked days. That’s only about 3.8% above its ₹33,919 average. The lowest recorded price was ₹30,890 on Flipkart. This places today’s listing well above the best recorded deal, but below its peak.
The platform difference matters here. Amazon wasn’t the cheapest option during the latest low. Flipkart offered the strongest price in August, while Amazon stayed higher that day. That’s the detail casual shoppers can miss when checking only one store. The current listing sits within five percent of its average. It’s reasonable for shoppers needing a full-size washer immediately. Haier 9 Kg Front Load Washing Machine’s Direct Motion Motor adds appeal for buyers prioritising smoother operation. Still, features don’t make this a rare bargain. Prices have moved between Amazon and Flipkart, so checking both remains important. This Haier washer looks better when convenience matters more than chasing the lowest historical price. A patient shopper has a fair chance of finding a stronger offer during major sale periods. Warranty and installation terms should also be checked carefully before ordering online today. Those extras can differ by seller, even when the machine itself looks identical.

Haier EFL90-DM14IBIEBK 9 kg Front Load FAQs
The inverter motor keeps normal washing fairly quiet. Spin cycles get louder, especially near 1400 RPM, but it doesn't sound harsh if the machine is placed properly. Several long-term owners also found it quiet in regular use.
Regular family clothes fit comfortably. Towels, shirts and daily cotton loads go in with no real planning. Large bedding is different, since bulky items fill the drum fast and need more care.
A good amount of water comes out before clothes go outside. Shirts and lighter fabrics dry quicker afterwards. Thick towels still need extra drying time, though they won't come out dripping.
Short answer: yes. There are cycles for cotton, synthetics, delicates, sportswear, jeans, shirts, bedding and baby care. Quick 15 helps when clothes only need a short refresh. For a family washing different fabrics every week, the list is broad enough.
Fairly easy once you know the program names. The time-left display shows how long the cycle has to run, and buttons handle the main settings, so there's not much digging through menus.
The stainless steel drum is made for repeated family washing. The metal outer body feels more solid than lightweight plastic machines. The glass door gives the front a more finished look, and it doesn't get in the way of the controls.
Haier brings a 9kg drum, 1400 RPM spinning and a wide set of wash cycles. Bosch is the familiar choice if you already like that brand's service network. When capacity and extra wash modes matter most, Haier makes more sense.
It covers the basics: 9kg capacity, inverter operation, steam and a 1400 RPM spin. LG models often appeal to buyers who want more connected controls and brand extras. Haier sticks to regular washing, with no app-based functions.
If a large drum and plenty of dedicated cycles come first, Haier is a practical pick. The 15 programs cover daily clothes, delicates, bedding and quick washing. Samsung gets more tempting when smart controls or extra automation matter more to you than simple operation.
It helps freshen lightly worn clothes and loosen some wrinkles. Stained or sweaty clothes still need a full wash. Refresh and the steam options suit shirts and the occasional quick touch-up best.
Yes, for small loads with light dirt. It saves time on clothes worn once, gym tops or a few urgent items. Heavily soiled family laundry needs a longer cycle to come out properly clean.
Normal clothes loads wash properly in the rated 9kg. The complaint mostly comes up with blankets, bedsheets and other bulky items that fill the drum quickly. For everyday family laundry, the capacity feels practical.
Honestly, it works like a regular fully automatic front-loader. The controls are buttons and a touch display, with fuzzy logic handling some wash decisions. It's not a voice-controlled smart machine, and the AI-style name doesn't bring a separate app or a visible smart assistant.
Don't treat a new drum noise as normal. One serious complaint was a failed drum bearing after two months, and another described repeated drum trouble within a year. Repairs like that get frustrating fast when service visits take too long.
Service speed is one of the weaker points in the complaints. Some repairs took several weeks, with repeated calls before anyone dealt with the problem. The long motor warranty looks good on paper, but fast fault resolution isn't the strong point here.

Not AI and need 3pin 16a outlet
I dont know how much it is AI integrated as mentioned in the name & description. I see it is regular front load. Additionally, before buying make sure you have a 3pin 16a outlet. without it the machine can't be used or could be damaged.

Non reliable product and worse customer service
I am writing this after 1months. I bought the product on 22.09.2025 which was delivered on 25.09.2025 though it was showing same day delivery. Then installation service engineer came on 04.10.2025, that too after innumberable calls. On 12.11.2025 it started making noise for which on calling multiple times, finally call got attention of customer services on 03.12.2025, after which the service engineer visited on 04.12.2025 and said the drum has to be replaced, but till 12.12.2025 after multiple callings no anticupation from HAIER cystomer services. And finally the service engineer Mr. Junaid is saying he has been reassigned to some other duties. With all the fuss drum was changed on 27.12.2025. And again on 27.09.2026 the drum started making noise and as the invoice was of 22.09.2026 hence I have to pay for the drum assembly. WITHIN A YEAR THE DRUM GAVE UP TWICE, HENCE MY ADVICE DON'T GO FOR HAIER. ITS A WORTHLESS COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU WANT GO FOR BOSCH, NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL

After sales is poor
Got at best price. Works flawless. Update: The reliability of the machine is fine, but the after-sales support is a nightmare. Once a defect occurs, you’re looking at weeks of downtime due to their sluggish service.
