Very Disappointed – Poor Washing Performance I am extremely disappointed with the performance of this LG 7 Kg washing machine. Despite being advertised with features like Smart Inverter Technology, TurboDrum, Auto Prewash, and a 5-star rating, the actual washing performance has not met my expectations. The biggest issue is that the clothes are not getting cleaned properly. Even after a complete wash cycle, dust, dirt, and stains remain on the clothes almost as they were before washing. I expected much better cleaning from a reputed brand like LG, but the results have been very disappointing. The machine seems to run normally, but the actual cleaning effectiveness is poor. I have tried using different wash settings and sufficient detergent, but the problem remains. A washing machine should primarily clean clothes properly, and unfortunately, this product fails to deliver on that basic expectation. Considering the price and the features advertised, I expected significantly better performance. I would not recommend this washing machine if effective cleaning is your priority. The product has not performed as expected and has been a disappointing purchase.
