TCL 55Q6C 55 Inch QLED TV Price Comparison & History in India
Hold Off: This 55-Inch TV Is Priced Too High
Amazon has it at ₹59,990 today, the latest recorded price. That price is the highest point in this 324-day tracking period. The TCL 55Q6C started at ₹43,990 on Amazon, its lowest recorded price. Today's price sits well above the ₹52,590 average across five recorded checks. Prices climbed at every recorded check, without a single fall. That steady rise matters more than the short list of available price points. Casual shoppers may miss that Amazon was cheapest on every listed date. That doesn't mean today's offer is good; it only confirms the seller history.
On the TCL 55Q6C, the main attraction is its newer Mini LED backlight. Quantum-dot colour and Google TV add useful everyday features, but they don't justify any price. Picture quality should be strong for streaming, gaming, and bright-room viewing. Still, this isn't a small discount or a limited-time bargain. The current gap from the low is too large for an easy recommendation. Wait for a sale, or set an alert before buying the TCL 55Q6C.
- Supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi
- AV1 support covers newer video files
- AirPlay 2 mirrors iPhone screens easily
- Optical audio output works with sound systems
- 32GB storage leaves room for more apps
- Only one USB port limits storage connections
- Running power reaches 220 watts
- Android 12 still feels dated for a new TV
- Wall installation may cost extra
TCL 55Q6C 55 Inch QLED TV Features & Overview
The TCL 55Q6C is built for immersive 4K viewing with a bright, detail-rich picture and responsive action. In daily use you notice how HDR10+ scenes pop and Dolby Vision IQ adapts to room lighting. TCL 55Q6C 55 Inch QLED TV Delivers Best for Immersive Sound with Dolby Atmos and Google TV. The panel uses QD Mini LED for deep blacks and bright highlights, while the AiPQ Pro Processor handles upscaling and color accuracy. Motion remains smooth thanks to 144 Hz Motion Clarity PRO, which helps keep fast sports and action from feeling blurred. The 178 Degree viewing angle means everyone has a good seat, even if you aren’t squarely in front. You’ll hear the subtle but steady cadence of the system as you navigate menus, and the overall build feels solid enough to sit in a living room for years. The TV supports HDR 10 plus streaming apps via Google TV, so you can jump between Netflix, Prime Video, and more without a second thought.
Usage
Designed for quick, enjoyable streaming and gaming, the 55Q6C delivers bright, color-rich pictures with a broad palette and controlled bloom. In practice, the picture holds up in daylight and never looks washed out, which is key for family rooms and open-plan spaces.

TCL 55Q6C 55 Inch QLED TV FAQs
It gets loud enough for a normal room without needing a soundbar. The 20W speakers with Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X give films and shows a wider sound feel. Background music can still sit louder than dialogue in some movies, but Voice Enhancer helps bring speech forward.
The remote uses two AAA batteries for daily control. It isn't rechargeable, so there’s no charging cable to manage. Google Assistant and smart controls are built into the remote.
The 178-degree viewing angle keeps the picture visible from side seats. Anti-glare treatment helps when daylight falls across the screen. The flat 16:9 panel also suits films, shows and regular television well.
It weighs 12.4 kg with the stand and 12.2 kg without it. The 55-inch flat screen is 1229 mm wide. The set works for table placement or wall mounting with its 300 x 300 mm VESA pattern.
The 144Hz refresh rate and MEMC help with fast sports and gameplay. HDMI 2.1 is listed too, along with 4K resolution and Mini LED backlighting. Samsung QLED models vary by series, while this TCL lists 512+ dimming zones and Dolby Vision.
TCL supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG for streaming content. Its Mini LED backlight and 512+ dimming zones are the main picture strengths here. LG QNED covers several models, so this is the clearer choice when Dolby Vision and local dimming matter.
Google TV is the big difference here, with Netflix, Prime Video and Hotstar built in. TCL adds hands-free voice control, so navigation works without reaching for the remote. Pick this one if you want Google’s TV interface rather than a different smart-TV system.
Cricket can show occasional motion judder in the default setup. Changing motion settings improves it during quick camera pans and ball movement. MEMC and the 144Hz panel help keep fast action clearer after tuning.
Some default picture modes can look over-processed straight out of the box. A few minutes in the picture menu brings the image closer to a natural look. There are enough controls to tune colour, contrast and motion.
Some movie mixes push background music ahead of voices on the built-in speakers. Voice Enhancer brings speech through more clearly. Switching sound modes also gives dialogue-heavy shows a better balance.
The interface stays smooth and responsive during regular app switching. Netflix, Prime Video and other Google TV apps are built in. Hands-free voice control also makes opening shows quicker.
Anti-glare treatment helps when daylight falls across the screen. The QLED panel, 5000:1 contrast and HDR support keep picture depth intact. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG cover the main HDR formats.
The 144Hz refresh rate, 9.5ms response time and HDMI 2.1 support suit fast console gaming. Game mode isn't specifically listed, so the main gaming strengths are panel speed and connection options. Motion stays sharper than on a basic 60Hz television.
A 65-inch Q6C case involved the screen turning dim blue after two months while audio still worked. Panel replacement took repeated follow-ups, and a refurbished replacement was proposed. That case raises a clear durability and service concern.
Real & Verified Reviews of TCL 55Q6C 55 Inch QLED TV
Review after 1 month
After one month of usage, I am very satisfied with this TV. The only issue I've noticed is occasional motion judder while watching cricket matches which can be fixed by changing motion settings. Other than that, the picture quality is excellent, the OS is very smooth and responsive, and Google Assistant works exceptionally well. The sound quality is also very good. The volume is more than enough for my room—I usually keep it at around 25%, and that's sufficient. For most users, there's no need for a separate soundbar. One thing I noticed is that in some movies, the background music is louder than the dialogue, making voices a bit unclear. However, this can be easily be fixed by customizing the sound settings and increasing the Voice Enhancer option. TV is still running on Android 12, and I'm hoping it receives an update soon. Overall, it's a great TV, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Excellent Mini-LED TV for the Price (35K sale price💥)
Very happy with my TCL Q6C purchase. The Mini-LED panel delivers excellent contrast, deep blacks and impressive HDR brightness. 4K content looks sharp and detailed, and Dolby Vision content looks especially good. The Google TV interface is smooth and easy to use, with plenty of apps and smart features. The picture settings also offer a lot of customization. Pros: * Excellent 4K picture quality * Great HDR performance * Deep blacks with Mini-LED local dimming * Dolby Vision support * Smooth Google TV experience * Good brightness for daytime viewing * Plenty of picture customization options The only thing I noticed is that some default picture settings can look a little over-processed, so spending a few minutes tuning the picture settings makes a noticeable difference. Overall, very good value for money and a great choice if you’re looking for a feature-rich Mini-LED Google TV without spending OLED money. Highly recommended! 👍
A Perfect 55 inch TV

Extremely Disappointed – Failed in Just 2 Months + Refurbished Replacement Offered!
Spoiler: IF YOU ARE THINKING THAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT A NEW TV FROM TCL THAN YOU ARE WRONG, YOU ARE ACTUALLY BUYING A REFURBISHED TV FROM TCL AND NOT THE NEW ONE. I purchased this 65-inch TCL Q6C just 2 months ago, and the screen suddenly failed while watching TV. The display turned dim blue and completely stopped showing a picture, though audio still worked. No power issue, no physical damage, it just died out of nowhere. The worst part: TCL sent a technician who opened the entire unit and informed me the panel needs replacement. After long follow-ups, TCL agreed to a replacement, BUT the service team then revealed today (19 Dec 2025) that the replacement TV would be refurbished. This is shocking. Why should a customer who bought a new unit get a refurbished replacement when the product failed in such a short time? For a premium so-called QD Mini-LED TV to fail within two months is unacceptable, and offering a refurbished unit as a replacement makes it worse. I expected more honesty and support from TCL. I have denied the acceptance and conveyed to the TCL Service Center that they should not bring the refurbished item as a replacement. Think twice before buying. If such early hardware failures and lack of transparent after-sales service are possible, it’s a big risk. My experience has been extremely frustrating. And I am 100% sure that you will also encounter a similar kind of or a different issue with a TCL product one day, as I think there is a problem with the overall quality and manufacturing of the TCL brand now. Whosoever purchased this item, my sympathies are with them. I see the lots of critical reviews here, would say those are for real, one is mentioning the spider in the tv panel, you can imagine the manufacturing environment standards by this (potentially refurbished and labelled as new TV under TCL), he was lucky to get the money back from the Amazon as this might be under the return window, in my case when I contacted Amazon on 19th December after being frustrated with the TCL support, they mentioned that they cannot help in this regard. I have paid premium for this just to get disappointed from Amazon and TCL both, frustrated and already in regret for the purchase. Advice: Please avoid sharing feedback based on first impressions or too quickly. Take time to use and analyze the product, then share a thoughtful and detailed review that’s genuinely helpful to others. Otherwise, it only ends up boosting the brand with 5-star ratings without adding real value. This applies to any product. Jan 15' 2026: still no resolution. Jan 28' 2026: Great job by the Amazon Large Appliances team, appreciate the support and the smooth handling of the return and full refund. I’ve received the complete amount today. I’ve decided to stay TV-free for now, and honestly, I’ve grown comfortable with it. Life feels a bit more present, more conversations, more time with near and dear ones, and a quieter, more meaningful rhythm overall. Attached the current TV less picture of my TV mount.

Excellent TV with Great Picture and Sound
A very well balanced TV with excellent picture quality, surprisingly good built in sound and a smooth smart TV experience. A strong choice for someone looking for an all round TV.
Exceptional Picture Quality and Punchy Sound Make This a Standout Value
Overview Finding a television that strikes the right balance between crisp visual performance, immersive sound, and everyday usability can be a challenge. Having spent quality time testing this TV across movies, live sports, and everyday streaming, it quickly becomes clear why this model stands out. It delivers an impressive, premium viewing experience that punchily punches above its price point. Picture Quality The visual performance is easily the star feature of this display. Colors are vibrant without looking artificial or overly saturated, and flesh tones remain natural across different content sources. Contrast & Black Levels: Deep blacks create excellent contrast, allowing shadow detail in dark movie scenes to remain clear rather than washed out. Brightness & HDR: Peak brightness easily handles well-lit rooms during the day, while HDR content pops with brilliant highlights without blooming or light bleed along the edges. Clarity & Motion: Motion handling is smooth, making fast-paced sports and action sequences look fluid without dynamic blur or jitter. Audio Quality Integrated TV speakers often feel like an afterthought, but the built-in sound system here genuinely surprises. Dialogue Clarity: Voices remain crisp and front-and-center, so you won't find yourself constantly reaching for the remote to adjust volume during dialogue-heavy scenes. Dynamic Range: Sound output is rich and full, offering enough mid-range body and low-end presence to fill a standard living room comfortably without immediate need for a separate soundbar. Smart Platform & Daily Usability The user interface is responsive, straightforward, and quick to navigate. App launch times are short, switching between inputs is seamless, and popular streaming services come pre-installed or are readily available for download. Remote response is snappy with zero noticeable lag. Build & Design The television features slim bezels and a clean, minimalist profile that blends effortlessly into any living space—whether wall-mounted or resting on a console. Cable management channels on the rear help keep wires tidy and out of sight. Final Verdict If you are looking for a reliable, high-performing television that delivers top-tier picture fidelity and surprisingly robust built-in sound, this TV is well worth the investment. It reliably turns everyday viewing into a theater-like experience. Highly recommended.
Good TV for the price — happy with it so far
Pretty happy with the TV so far. The picture quality is good, and the sound is surprisingly nice. Installation was quick and hassle-free, and the TCL team has also been responsive and helpful so far. Overall, it’s been a good experience. The only thing I can’t comment on yet is the long-term durability, so hoping it holds up well and lasts for many years.
