Hisense 55E6N 55 Inch LED TV Price Comparison & History in India
Hold Off: This 55-Inch TV Is Running High
The current ₹37,999 price on Flipkart is high for this 55-inch TV. Hisense 55E6N has climbed sharply since May, when it held around its recent lower range. Across 412 days of tracking, the average price has been ₹31,606. Today's listing sits well above that usual level. The recorded low was ₹29,499 on Amazon, so this model has had much better pricing. This TV isn't in a discount phase currently. One detail casual shoppers may miss is the platform change.
Amazon offered the best recorded price, but Flipkart has today's listing. That matters because switching stores could save money during future sales. Recent movement has been upward, rather than steady. The latest jump makes waiting safer for shoppers without an urgent replacement. The Google TV software and 4K panel remain useful, but timing matters more here. This Hisense 55E6N makes more sense near its normal range, not at this peak. Check both stores again before buying.

Hisense 55E6N 55 Inch LED TV Features & Overview
Usage
In daily usage the Hisense 55E6N handles streaming, gaming, and live TV with ease. The 55 inch LED panel outputs crisp 4K images and, at 60 Hz, motion stays reasonably smooth for sports and action scenes. You don’t think about it until it rains on your streaming night: colors feel accurate, and the HDR10/HLG/Dolby Vision formats light up brighter highlights without washing out shadows. Hisense 55E6N 55 Inch LED TV with Best Value Pick for budget buyers. The viewing angle is wide enough to keep details from fading when you sit off to the side, and the on-screen menus respond with a subtle, reassuring click when you navigate.
Capacity
You’ve got 16 GB of memory storage for apps and content, which means you can load streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube without waiting for long downloads. The built-in Google TV system makes app selection feel approachable, and you can cast or mirror from a phone with familiar ease. The TV also keeps a pleasant balance between bright daytime viewing and darker room watching, with brightness topping out around comfortable levels for most living spaces.
Controls
The remote uses Bluetooth so pressing a button gives a quick tactile response, and the voice control works through Google Assistant for hands-free searching. You can switch inputs, adjust volume, or launch apps with a few clear motions, and the system accepts touch and voice commands without a hitch. The ambient sounds aren’t loud or distracting, but you can hear a light, satisfying click when you navigate to a choice.
Durability
Construction feels solid, and the TV supports both wall mounting and table mounting, which makes placement flexible. The power draw sits around 110 watts during typical viewing, so it’s efficient for a 4K set. The hardware supports modern streaming and gaming expectations without feeling flimsy or unstable over time.
Safety & Installation
Not water resistant, so it’s best kept away from moisture and splashes. Assembly is straightforward: use the included table stand or wall mount as you prefer. The warranty is listed as 2 Year Warranty, with standard service options through the brand, so you have a path to support if needed.

Hisense 55E6N 55 Inch LED TV FAQs
The 55E6N has 24W speakers that sound clear for regular TV and streaming. Volume can feel low in a large room, and that's the main audio complaint here. Dolby Atmos and the surround mode add width, but they don't replace a soundbar.
Its voice remote takes two AAA batteries and supports Bluetooth voice control. Google Assistant makes finding shows quicker than typing with the on-screen keyboard. It isn't listed as rechargeable, so battery changes are part of normal use.
With a 178-degree viewing angle, the picture stays visible from side seats. That suits wide sofas and family rooms better than a narrow seating setup. The flat 55-inch panel also gives a proper big-screen view from the centre.
Table mounting uses the two supplied stand pieces, and the setup feels stable once fitted. Wall mounting is supported if you don't want it on furniture. The chassis feels solid enough for regular living-room placement.
55E6N gives you Google TV, Google Assistant, and Dolby Vision alongside HDR10 and HLG. Samsung Crystal TVs use Samsung's own smart platform, so the menus and voice controls feel different. Pick this one if Google's app setup and Dolby Vision matter more to you.
If Google Assistant is the priority, 55E6N is the simpler pick. Google TV puts voice search, Chromecast, Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube together. LG's webOS interface is the main reason to choose LG instead.
For family viewing, 55E6N is the stronger choice because its 178-degree viewing angle suits side seating. Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG also cover the main HDR formats. Choose Xiaomi only if you prefer its software layout.
The listed apps include Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar and SonyLIV. Google TV also brings Google Assistant voice search, so finding a film doesn't need much typing. The app lineup covers the regular streaming needs at home.
There are three HDMI ports and two USB ports for consoles, set-top boxes, drives and other hardware. Ethernet and built-in Wi-Fi handle network access, while Bluetooth 5.3 pairs wireless accessories. An optical S/PDIF output is also available for compatible audio equipment.
Yes, it supports AirPlay, Chromecast, DLNA and Miracast for wireless screen sharing. Built-in Wi-Fi handles casting from compatible phones and laptops. USB media playback is available too, so a streaming stick isn't needed for basic file playback.
The panel supports HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision, covering the main HDR formats. 4K resolution keeps films and shows sharp on the 55-inch screen. The 60Hz refresh rate keeps ordinary TV motion readable.
Its panel is 4K, but the app stream and source quality decide what reaches the screen. Some JioCinema 4K streams don't appear as expected on the screen. Native 4K still depends on the stream quality.
Casual console play works fine at 60Hz, including regular PS5 gaming. The 9.5ms response time keeps controls feeling quick for normal play. There's no 120Hz mode listed, so high-frame-rate gaming isn't the target.
Rated running consumption is 110W, with annual energy use listed at 161.84 kWh. That's reasonable for a 55-inch 4K TV used every day. Its 240V requirement matches standard Indian home power supply.
After-sales support is the main weak point here. Fault cases have involved delayed replies, repeat technician visits, and parts not being available. The television performs well until service is needed.
Both wall and table mounting are supported, and the supplied stand is simple to fit. The hardware setup is straightforward, but installation service quality has drawn complaints. Basic table placement doesn't need complicated assembly.

Tv not working only 20 days worked
Not recommended to buy. Very worst brand. On August 7, 2025, I purchased a Hisense 108 cm (43 inches) E6N Series 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Google TV 43E6N (Black) from Amazon. Unfortunately, within less than a month of purchase, the TV’s display completely stopped working — the sound works, but the screen remains blank within few seconds I raised a complaint with Amazon, and their customer service team advised me to contact Hisense directly. I raised a complaint with Hisense, and on [18 th sep 25] at 5:00 PM, a Hisense technician inspected the TV and confirmed a display board fault and inside all spares are not working good. It has now been over 20 days, and the TV remains idle, causing great inconvenience. I am very disappointed that a brand-new TV has failed in such a short time, which has completely shaken my trust in the brand. Still no action taken from hisense.
Good TV
Good clarity
Product worth the money
When I bought this TV on my friend's words, I didn't know about this brand. When I watched FIFA World Cup, I was surprised to know Hisense is the sponsor of TV Referee. Picture quality is very good. Sound quality is reasonably good. Installation was hassle free even though I inadvertently cancelled the installation request given while placing the Order for the TV. Looking at the picture and sound quality, the product worth the money.

Worst Sound, Good Video quality
Good value for money for the visual experience. But, very poor audio. Even at full volume (100) most OTT apps can’t deliver an audible audio. Worst sound ever in a TV. Only youtube runs ok. Dialogues on Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar can’t be audible. I am a tech freak, believe me, i have tried all settings.
