Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC Price Comparison & History in India
Fair price, but better discounts have appeared
Amazon has the cheapest current price at ₹33,390. That's only a little above this tracker's ₹32,461 average. Voltas 1.5 Ton White Split AC has been tracked for 459 days. Prices have usually held around the low-thirty-thousand range, with occasional sharp drops. The lowest recorded price was ₹27,290 on Flipkart in August. So today's deal isn't exceptional, but it's still reasonable for this Voltas 1.5 Ton White Split AC. The price sits well above its recent three-month low, which means waiting could help if your purchase isn't urgent.
One detail casual buyers may miss is the seller gap. Both stores appeared on the latest date, but Amazon was cheaper. Flipkart's listing is much higher, so compare sellers before paying. Still, the long price history matters more than the feature list here. It has repeatedly reached lower levels during sale periods. Seasonal demand can also push AC prices upward as summer approaches. If you need cooling immediately, Amazon's current offer is acceptable. If you can wait, watch for a return closer to the recent low. Voltas 1.5 Ton White Split AC is not a must-buy at this price today.

Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC Features & Overview
Voltas 1.5 Ton White Split AC with Inverter Compressor
Usage In practice, this unit cools a medium sized room quickly thanks to its 1.5 Ton capacity and inverter-based compressor that modulates power rather than cycling on and off. Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC cools medium rooms in 52°C heat Full Guide. It runs on 230 Volts and is designed for Residential use in split-system installations, with an outdoor unit required for proper operation.
Capacity The advertised capacity translates to comfort for spaces roughly 111 to 150 square feet, even when outdoor temperatures rise. Cooling power is listed as 4800 Watts, with an SEER-like figure around 3.81, indicating steady performance across typical Indian climates.
Controls You control it from a Remote or optional button panel. The device offers a Digital Temperature Display and a Hidden Display so you can keep the room visually calm while checking settings from the sofa. It also supports a wide voltage range, roughly 110 to 285 Volts, to ride out fluctuations.
Durability The Copper Condenser and corrosion-resistant coatings mean less maintenance and more reliable cooling over years. Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC handles 52°C heat. It includes a Dust Filter and Antimicrobial Protection to keep air fresher, and an Anti-Corrosive Coating to resist humidity and dust. The Refrigerant is R-32, chosen for lower environmental impact.
Safety and convenience A built-in feature set includes a self-diagnosis and sleep mode, plus a memory restart so settings recover after a brief outage. The inverter compressor helps keep temperatures stable with fewer starts and stops, and you’ll notice the noise level around 38 dB in typical operation.
Installation / Warranty This is a Split System with standard installation for indoor and outdoor units. Manufacturer warranty offers 1 Year Comprehensive on the product, plus a long life for the inverter compressor (10 Years) and PCB (5 Years).

Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC FAQs
The indoor unit runs around 38 dB in cooling mode, so it stays fairly quiet at night. You’ll hear the airflow, but it doesn’t dominate normal room sounds. Sleep Mode also helps keep night-time cooling less intrusive.
The listed annual power consumption is 4800. Its inverter compressor adjusts speed instead of running at one fixed level all the time. That helps reduce waste when the room has already cooled down.
Sleep Mode is useful for bedrooms because cooling doesn’t need to stay at full force all night. The indoor unit is already rated around 38 dB during cooling. You get a quieter setup without switching the AC off completely.
The 1.5-ton capacity is meant for rooms between 111 and 150 square feet. It cools a standard bedroom properly and also works for a medium-sized living room. Larger rooms may take longer to settle at the set temperature.
The Vectra CAW gives 1.5-ton cooling, inverter operation, and four adjustable modes. It also has a stated high-ambient working limit of 52°C. Compare the exact LG model for its power rating and included modes before picking one.
Voltas Vectra CAW focuses on practical cooling with a copper condenser and 4-in-1 adjustment. It also includes Dry, Sleep, Turbo, and Auto modes. Samsung’s exact model matters here, but this Voltas covers the main daily-use controls.
This model gives 1.5-ton cooling and works with R32 refrigerant. Its copper condenser has anti-corrosive coating, which is useful in harsher outdoor conditions. Daikin comparisons need the exact model, while this unit’s listed strength is its broad mode selection.
The dust filter catches common airborne dust before air moves through the room. Anti-bacteria protection adds another layer for everyday indoor air. It helps in dusty rooms, but the filters still need regular cleaning.
Dry Mode is meant to reduce moisture when the room feels damp. It works better during humid weather than running regular cooling continuously. The room feels less sticky without needing maximum cooling all the time.
Auto Clean helps clear moisture from inside the indoor unit after cooling. That keeps the unit from staying damp between uses. You’ll still need to clean the dust filter regularly because Auto Clean doesn’t remove collected dust.
This model supports stabilizer-free operation and runs on a 230V, 50Hz supply. That removes the need for a separate stabilizer in normal voltage conditions. The shock-proof protection adds another useful safety layer.
The box includes a 3-metre copper pipe set, interconnecting cable, mounting plate, screws, and outdoor vibration pads. The indoor and outdoor units still need to be installed together. Outdoor space is necessary because the condenser is a separate unit.
The remote handles the main settings, including cooling, Dry, Fan, Sleep, Auto, and Turbo modes. It also supports timer control for scheduled operation. The LED display on the indoor unit makes the current setting easier to check.
The 4-in-1 adjustment lets the AC run at different cooling levels instead of staying at one fixed setting. That’s useful when the room load changes through the day. Turbo mode handles quick cooling, while lower settings suit a room that is already comfortable.
Real & Verified Reviews of Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC
Voltas ac is always good . service centre is always cooperative.
The packaging of the product was very good .it was from the latest batch , April 2025,. there was no dent no damage to both odu and idu. The cooling is awesome.it is working silently. There was a slight hiccup with installation which was resolved by customer care in a jiffy. The voltas service centre is some two kilometres from our house they came immediately and installed it.the charge was 1500rs and for stand ,825including installing it. The already existing stand was some what rusted so it was i who insisted in changing it .Every thing was good 👍. It is absolute value for money as i got in festival discount. Now what I am going to write has nothing to do with Amazon not the sevice centre .the chief technician some how convinced me with this and that and took away my old voltas 1.5ton ac which was in workable condition for 2.5thousand. But of course the installation was very good. Performance of ac is good I bought voltas because the old ac which i had was also voltas and the service centre would attend a complaint on the same day.
Do not recommend - stay far away. Spend a little extra and stick with Koreans or Japanese
Worst product ever. 1. This is not a 1.5 ton ac. Its rated capacity is 4800 Watts or 1.36 ton ac. 2. There is no information about this product on Voltas product website to understand how to use the operations correctly 3. The AC severly shortcylces in a large room, not sure why - it reads the temperature wrong, maybe its low quality temperature sensor in the system Now coming to the quality part: 1. Of the two units I purchased 1 developed a hissing and swooshing noise within 1 month. 2. The engineer who visited from their service center for the complaint, refused to try re-installing (given that was the best course of action) citing another engineer had installed it first, not clear why would that be the case 3. The initial technician (Named Parvez in MG road Gurgaon - very helpful) who had installed the AC, promptly came the next day to reinstall the AC and did so however the sound got worse 4. On further inspection he mentioned that the IDU is likely faulty as the noise is coming from the IDU 5. The next day I must have called these guys over 15 times just to get an acknowledgement of a visit and then finally a technician was assigned, to my horror the same person who refused to re-install the AC, only to learn that he would come again and try to reinstall the AC yet again! There need to be better SOPs. I wonder how this company has survived so long. I am sorry to say will probably never buy their ACs again. Just a bad experience altogether. Incrementally even the government here should be held responsible that they are unable to keep a check on what kind of products are being sold in the market. It is just a bad overall experience. Do not recommend - not just because of the quality of the product but also its after sales service and lack of basic SOPs on when to engage senior technicians/engineers. At the same time I would recommend Amazon to not list such products on their website.
Nice purchase
Nice and achha hai
Rational Overview
We needed an AC asap, stores like Croma, Vijay sales and Reliance we taking longer to deliver the unit and their technician would have come in 3-5 days. Sunday 1am, we placed the order and on Wednesday by 11am i received the product. Then, I reached out to amazon support and a madam there helped me to connect with the nearby Voltas Service center. By 4pm, my AC is working. Best price and the fastest. Voltas is a trusted brand and we got a 1.5 ton for 26k whereas the best in market Croma was only able to offer a Voltas 1.3 ton for 27k Few things to note, 1- buy 3m drainpipe yourself as the compnay is charging 400 for a basic pipe which honestly is inferior in quality as compared to the one I bought from blinkit for Rs150, brand - lifelong. 2- purchase the wall bracket stand yourself, it costs 450 from amazon whereas for a similar non branded stand, the company installation charge is around Rs1000. 3- buy a well insulation coated copper pipe by yourself beforehand. The company charged 450 per foot (nomial market price) for a local copper pipe which is not as well covered as the one which comes along the unit from the company. You can purchase this by weight at the wholesaler shop. 4- Already buy a 16A plug as the company is not providing a small detail like this and neither is the installation technician carrying it. * something VOLTAS can do better is to provide 15ft copper pipe option, include drainpipe, a 16A plug in the box, maybe the wall clips and white tape aswell. Basically work on making the customer's experience easy and train the installation technicians better by making them aware of cleaning after the job or being polite in not littering my place. Something that is a basic practise in the west and we can learn good things. "Small details matter" Hope this helps!
Very nice Product.
The product is backed by its quality and brand Name. Hassle-free fitting was arranged at very low cost and it's very prompt also in installation. Value For Money.
Pathetic installation and service
I bought this AC with a belief that it is a TATA brand and expected a great product. Within 1 week of installation, the AC wasn’t working well and started to give out hissing sound when it was turned on. On surfing the internet, I was shocked to see the issue was due to refrigerant leak. Shocked to see such a health hazard to which me and family including my 3 year old kid was exposed to. All I can relate to is a faulty installation at first place. Then the usual process started. Submitted a complaint and got a response that it will be rectified in 24-72hrs. Even after 72hrs, there is no response. Once again, I contacted the customer care and they provided me with the manager of authorized service center for Voltas. He never picks the calls nor he was able to send me the technician to look into my AC. And at last he said he will send a technician first thing in the morning and I began to wait. No one turned up. As I was traveling the next day, I was literally pleading and begging to have a technician. But it fell on deaf ears only. I had to cancel my travel, only to wait for no response again. Again it started to same cycle of calling the manager of the service center who said he will send the technician first thing in the Sunday morning. Had to wait the whole day to see no one bothered to service my AC. Such a pathetic customer service and I don’t understand why a brand like Voltas have given authorizations to do service to some third rated guys as Urban company guys are way better than these. When am posting this, it has been around 6 days since my initial complaint and even escalating to Voltas customer care, they don’t seem to bother. I never expected this kind of attitude from a reputed brand like TATA Group.
Good for budget
Effective cooling but consumes considerable power.
Poor service
Low noice ,good quality and durability and airflow also good. but service is very very poor, i was suffering few days for installation. I paid extra money for installation.
