Sony K65S30B 65 Inch LED TV Price Comparison & History in India
Fair Sony 65-Inch TV Price, But Not A Steal
At ₹95,990 on Amazon, this Sony 65 Inch LED TV is a fair buy. It's slightly above its tracked average of ₹93,928. The price has stayed within a fairly narrow range across 341 tracked days. Sony K65S30B reached its lowest recorded price at ₹87,990 on Amazon. That older low remains a useful benchmark before buying.
Prices rose into the summer, then fell briefly before climbing again in August. That pattern matters because Sony K65S30B hasn't held one stable price. One thing casual shoppers might miss is this: the latest price isn't a fresh low. It's below the year's highest levels, but not close to its best recorded deal. Sony TV offers useful size, picture quality, and smart features. Check installation charges and warranty terms before paying. Amazon is the cheapest platform in these recorded entries, though availability can change quickly. If your old TV works fine, waiting for a major sale could improve the deal. If you need a replacement soon, this price is reasonable rather than exceptional. Sony K65S30B remains useful for buyers prioritising brand support and screen size.

- 16GB storage holds regular streaming apps
- Apple HomeKit works with compatible setups
- Screen runs at only 60Hz
- 238-watt running power uses more electricity
- VGA port feels dated for new devices
- Remote needs two AAA batteries

Sony K65S30B 65 Inch LED TV FAQs
The 20-watt speakers sound clear and fuller than basic TV audio. Dolby Atmos adds some width to films, but it won't replace a proper soundbar for room-filling bass. For news, shows, and regular streaming, the built-in sound is good enough.
Picture quality is the main reason to buy it. The 4K HDR Processor X1 keeps colours natural and handles movie detail well. Sports also look clean, while films get more detail from the large 4K panel.
Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG are supported. Compatible streaming content gets stronger highlights and better shadow detail than standard video. The effect is clearest in dark movie scenes and HDR shows.
Google TV covers Netflix, YouTube, Hotstar, and Prime Video from the home screen. The built-in mic and voice search make finding shows quicker than typing. App support is broad enough for a normal streaming setup.
Four HDMI ports give enough space for a console, soundbar, set-top box, and streaming stick. There are also two USB ports, Ethernet, optical audio, and Bluetooth 5.3. That setup suits a living room with several connected devices.
The voice remote lets you search Google TV without typing long titles. Voice recognition works through the built-in mic and keeps navigation simple. This is especially useful when searching across several streaming apps.
AirPlay 2 and Google Cast are built in. iPhone users can send supported content through AirPlay, while Android phones can cast through Google Cast. Display mirroring also covers simple phone-to-TV sharing.
The box includes a table stand and wall mount. At 20.7kg without the stand, it needs careful handling during installation. The 1452mm-wide body also needs a properly sized wall.
Sony K65S30B brings natural colours, Dolby Vision, and 4K processing to movie playback. Samsung Crystal 4K TVs make more sense if you prefer Samsung's interface or already use its ecosystem. For film-focused streaming, Sony's picture tools are the stronger reason to choose it.
Sony K65S30B gives Dolby Vision, Google TV, and Chromecast in one setup. LG UR7500 is a better fit if you prefer LG's smart-TV layout or already own LG devices. Sony is the more cinema-focused choice here because of Dolby Vision.
Sony K65S30B supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG with 4K processing. Pick TCL C655 if its picture tuning or connected setup suits you better. Sony is the clearer pick when natural colours and Sony's processing matter most.
Startup is slightly slower than expected, especially when you just want to catch a quick programme. Once Google TV loads, navigation and streaming work normally. The delay is noticeable during quick viewing sessions.
Glare is a real issue in rooms with direct light. Reflections can show up during dark scenes, so wall placement matters more than usual. Keep it away from windows or strong ceiling lights for a cleaner movie picture.
A motherboard failure after around 1.5 years led to a ₹15,000 replacement quote. The supplied details conflict on warranty length: the summary says three years, while the specifications list one year. Confirm the written warranty before relying on long-term coverage.
Real & Verified Reviews of Sony K65S30B 65 Inch LED TV
Excellent. Sony is Sony, no compromise.
Excellent quality as expected from Sony. Writing after more than two years of purchase. Using it with home theater and enjoying pictures and sound. Full theater experience. Good that I finally bought 65 inch TV because of which we get true theatre experience. I got nice discount also through online purchase which was more than offline store.
Best Smart 4k TV at this price
The audio, video and product quality is top notch, the assembly was done pretty quickly the same day. It is a steal deal at this price. The new remote is pretty slick.
Superb
Great using since 2 years.Sound quality is good. Brightness and picture quality is adjustable. Overall value for money.
Great product
Sony TVs generally have excellent picture processing, natural colours, and motion handling. The main downside many people notice is the slightly longer startup time—once it’s on, though, the viewing experience is hard to beat.
Unacceptable quality – Avoid at any cost!
TV worked fine for the first 1.5 years, but suddenly died without warning. Since it only comes with a 1-year warranty, the technician informed me that the motherboard failed and the replacement will cost ₹15,000. We barely even used the TV maybe 1 to 2 hours a day at most. What is the point of paying a premium for a reputed brand like Sony if the product can't even last two years? This is actually my second bad experience; I previously bought a Sony music player that also developed hardware issues. It feels like Sony has completely lost its quality control. Meanwhile, we have a Samsung TV in our house that has been running perfectly for 15 years. I highly recommend avoiding Sony and looking into other, because you are paying premium, in return you are getting third quality product. Save your money.

Sony is the best.
Top notch tv, Sony is the best.
The best TV I've purchased so far.
Picture quality is amazing. The speakers are also great. Spending money on it was worth it. There's just one issue: glare from light on the screen. The buyer should keep in mind the place to mount it before purchasing.
