🌟 Perfect Installation Experience & Great Deal! 🌟 I bought this 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter AC during a great deal for ₹40,000 using Axis Bank credit card offers. The AC was delivered quickly and got installed within 24 hours of delivery, which is impressive. The installation was clean and professional. It cost me ₹2,250 including GST, as my indoor and outdoor units were within the standard 3-meter range. The installation team was very polite, explained everything clearly during the process, and even gave a proper demo at the end. No hidden charges unless extra piping or materials are needed. The AC is cooling well and looks like a solid value for money product in this price range and energy efficiency rating (5000+ capacity). Note: The wiring from the meter and starter fitting was my own responsibility and not included by Amazon — so I had to get an electrician separately for that. Overall, very satisfied with the product and service. Highly recommended!

AC Delivery and Installation Experience
I received my AC on the evening of 29th June. Earlier that morning, I got a call confirming the installation. I didn’t open the box after delivery, leaving it sealed for the installation technician. The next day, the installation person arrived, opened both the indoor and outdoor units, and I recorded the unboxing video. That’s when we discovered the copper wire was missing. The technician informed me that either I should contact Amazon or pay ₹3,500 extra for the wire if I wanted the AC installed. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care. They looped in someone, possibly from the seller's side, who advised me to proceed with the installation and get a job sheet from the technician specifying the copper wire charges (3 meters standard). They assured me that upon submission, the amount would be credited to my Amazon Pay balance. During the call, I brought the installation team lead into the conversation to explain the issue, and he agreed to share the job sheet. After the call ended, I followed up with him. He confirmed that standard 3 meters of copper wire would be provided free of charge. If more was needed, only the extra would be chargeable. He also instructed the technician accordingly. Thankfully, 3 meters was sufficient in my case. I ended up paying a total of ₹2,200: ₹1,200 for standard installation, ₹800 for the outdoor unit stand, ₹200 tip (which I had promised earlier if he did a good job 😄). The technician was polite, listened to my suggestions, and gave his own inputs where needed. Overall, a smooth experience. Some Tips: Drain Pipe: Don’t get fooled—regular garden pipe works just fine. No need to buy overpriced ones. Noise: Keep the fan speed on low, medium, or high for minimal noise—standard across all ACs. For faster cooling, use medium fan speed and set the cooling at 100%, not 110%. You’ll feel like you're in Shimla! Electricity Usage: I maintain 27°C with medium fan speed and cooling at 40%. The AC runs 24 hours and consumes only about 7–8 units a day. Final Verdict: This is, in my opinion, the best AC in the market right now—even better than Daikin. I deducted one star solely because of the copper wire issue. Otherwise, the cooling performance is excellent, wifi, energy saving everything is awesome. There is difference between Fan speed and cooling capacity. That's the reason people complaining about noise issue, I don't see there. Pay something extra to installation technician (200-300) you can afford if can pay 45K for AC, he will do your job nicely.😄

Worst service
I am totally disappointed with blue star service and installation team. Below mentioned my concerns, 1. Service engineer came to home for installation at 6.40PM without proper prior information. After call from service team at 6.15pm we requested to come tomorrow but they forced to complete the activity today itself that to after 6.40PM without sun light and we don't have proper light facilities in top floor. Installation completed at 8.15PM it's not acceptable. 2. Installation report says below mentioned activity carried out but nothing done by installation team. A, Status of Air gap or Utility hole filling by white cement/POP, this activity not done by installation team B. Earthing check done done by installation team C. the is no separate MCB check not done by installation team Installation team done only installation activity and powered ON the AC and they collected money and they left. 3. Service team confirmed only 1500 rupees for installation and 350 for making hole for cable entry. But the installation team collected total 2350 rupees for installation , making hole and some tape. 4. I have received email from blue star about Service report after installation. The Email say installation team collected zero INR and installation completed but they collected total 2350 indian rupees. I need a proper clarification for this matter. 5. I discussed with service agency SCP agencies, they are saying it's a technical mobile issue and they are ready to provide manual bill. I know it's not a legal activity. This is totally not acceptable. 5. I hope this is not a first installation for the service team and I am not happy with this service. We know blue start is a best company in large appliances manufacturing like AC but due to this service i am totally disappointed

Installation: installation: 1200, They took extra 500 as petrol charge as they travelled from 60KM, Outdoor stand fitting 250. Total 1950. Technicians are very good. installation was done with proper care. better than LG technical team in my area. I asked them to DO Vacuum AC before releasing gas but they denied and told it's not required. Product: 1. Cools room instantly 2.large indoor unit 3. useful smart features 4. Very good AC. Waiting to see the savings in electricity costs. Installation was promptly done. Very good wifi smart utility. However, having spent Rs.40000 for the equipment why should the customer spend some piddly Rs.75 to buy a 3Pin 15 ampere plug. Why can't the company provide this basic requirement? Secondly, the electric cable which comes with the equipment is just around 1 metre. Why can't they provide ample length. Thirdly, the outdoor unit cooling fins sides don't have any protective covers. Why are some companies being penny wise pound foolish.

Excellent Product, Pathetic Installation.
Very bad installation experience. Didn't even vacuum the copper pipes before releasing opening the gas. They didn't even have the basic electrical tape with them. Didn't carry a vacuum pump. Installed in a rush manner. Charged me 2500rs i.e. so much extra and reported to blue star only 1200. Feeling totally cheated. Cooling is good. I think there is not any problem with the product, but with the bad installation. Blue star really need to get better technicians to install the AC.
